Welcome to the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood surrounding our home. Located in the heart of the sought-after Concordia district, this area is renowned for its unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities, offering an authentic Portland experience.



Just a short walk from your doorstep, you'll find the bustling Alberta Arts District, known for its colorful murals, indie boutiques, and a plethora of dining options. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the iconic Tin Shed Garden Café. For a more casual option, visit Pine State Biscuits for some of the best comfort food in town.



The neighborhood is a paradise for coffee lovers, with numerous local coffee shops like Case Study Coffee Roasters and Extracto Coffeehouse, where you can enjoy expertly brewed coffee in a cozy atmosphere. Other Things to Note:

Please note that this house is a part of a larger property that contains a full-sized home and a tiny home village. There are three entry steps and a gravel path. Outdoor lights may be visible inside, and nearby neighborhood sounds may be audible.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
