This spacious and bright two-bedroom, one-bath basement apartment is the perfect retreat in Portland’s Irvington neighborhood. Thoughtfully designed, the apartment features natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ceiling height is not that of your typical basement so you won't feel cramped unless you are 7 feet tall.

Please be respectful of shared spaces by cleaning up after your pet. The back yard and laundry are shared with the tenant upstairs.
Parking is on the street but is always ample. Please reserve the driveway for our upstairs tenants.
Please avoid doing laundry after 10PM.
