Great stay! Awesome double room setup with a big primary private bedroom, and a private balcony.Only downside was some pretty major staining on the pullout couch that we didn’t end up using.But all in all, highly recommend!

The rooms were not clean. Dusty and dirty. The carpets need to be cleaned. The TV did not workThe main desk did not have my name as checked in. I had to contact the host service. The desk should have the name even if you can't check it. It was obvious no one was in the room prior to us renting it. When they did not have my name, it caused a panic.The response from the host was quick but should not have had to happen at all.

Verbesserungswürdig: Kommunikation
Communication was the biggest concern the day before the trip. Did not receive check in instructions and was unable to communicate with a live person, only a bot on the app that kept repeating non useful information. I contacted VRBO Care and they weren’t much more helpful, only confirmed the reservation. Upon arrival everything was fine. We had two adjoined suites for a short stay, rooms were okay, lighting a bit dark and rugs could use a good cleaning. Two dirty folding chairs on the balcony. Largest complaint were the linens, especially the towels, cheap, paper thin and felt like sandpaper. Only one wine glass between the two units and glassware was not cleaned properly. Since this was a short stay and we were barely in the room it worked fine but if we were staying for the week to enjoy the hotel and amenities i would be very disappointed.
