Willkommen bei Pinnacle Port A - 318 in der Turmgebäude.

Ausstattung! Ausstattung! Pinnacle Port ist eine in sich geschlossene Anlage mit mehreren Pools (darunter ein Hallenbad), Sauna, Gemeinschaftsraum, Spielzimmer, Fitnessraum, Kinderspielplatz, Angeln am Lake Powell und dem Golf von Mexiko, Shuffleboard, Tennisplätze, und viele mehr. Pinnacle Port ist eine Wohnanlage mit 24/7 Sicherheit. Unit A - 318 ist ein Stadthaus Stil Eigentumswohnung mit dem Schlafzimmer auf der Eingangsebene und der Küche, Esszimmer, und den in der oberen Etage. Es ist ein ein Schlafzimmer und eine und eine halbe Bad Eigentumswohnung mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Queen-Schlafsofa und einem ausziehbaren Einzelbett Stuhl. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich aktualisiert, um Granitarbeitsplatte in der Küche und Badezimmer verfügen. Der Teppich auf der Treppe wurde ebenfalls aktualisiert.

Es ist abgelegen und doch nur wenige Minuten entfernt von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der malerischen Highway 30A. Nehmen Sie eine Fahrt auf 30A und sehen Sie die malerischen Strände von Rosmarin, Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton und Santa Rosa. Fahren Sie nach Westen und Sie werden in Sand Destin laufen - der Heimat der Silver Sands Outlets. Destin ist nur ein wenig weiter die Straße hinunter und rühmen sich viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und andere Attraktionen. Der neue Pier Park ist nur 8 Meilen entfernt von Pinnacle Port am HWY 98. Es ist eine einzigartige Einkaufs- und kulinarische Erlebnisse.

What a view!! Being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony ( over the parking lot, but could still see the beach), and the ocean views from the kitchen area was stellar!! Easy to navigate to beach/pool. We loved the extra half bath in the living area level. Great value for the money. I rebooked for next year which says a lot.

I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We are right at two miles from Rosemary Beach on Highway 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. The beach is just a walk down the stairs or a ride in the elevator away from the unit. I hope you’ll return again soon!

Very nice condo in a wonderful location! We only stayed a couple of nights, but if you stayed longer and brought groceries and necessities, you literally wouldn’t ever want to leave. So peaceful and quiet, and the scenery is just beautiful! The owner was amazing to work with!

Great beach front location!!

We had a great time on our stay. We had a beautiful beachfront view from the condo and the beds were comfortable. The stores are conveniently nearby & the whole area is family friendly. We definitely will be back next year.

Spring Break 2023

Perfect location for our beach trip. Quiet area to take our family and enjoy the beach and close enough to shopping and attractions to enjoy a day out and about. The views of the beach from the condo were amazing, even on an overcast day.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I can sit at the table and look out at the ocean for hours — the view never gets old. I love the fact that shopping and restaurants are so close by as well. We are about 2 miles from the beautiful beach towns of 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. The outlets of Sand Destin are close by as well. I hope you will return soon!

I agree with you— the views are amazing! It is a nice size condo for a one bedroom. Believe it or not, the two bedrooms are only about 100 more square feet. They just have smaller rooms for the most part. The close proximity to the beach is one of our favorite parts of vacationing there. Look forward to having you back!

We love the location of the condo! Right on the beach and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highway 30A is about 5 minutes away, the outlets in Sand Destin are about 25 minutes away, and Pier Park is about 10 minutes away. I really enjoy the balcony in the afternoon. Great location

Perfect location if want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it if you choose to go! It’s literally right on the beach which made it so easy in the mornings to set up, the condo itself is as described, it is a little older…not fancy but the price reflects that, we really enjoyed our time! My kids cried the last night not wanting to leave!

The condo was great. The view from the dining room was amazing. The condo was hot when we got there and took awhile to cool off but finally did!! We had a great weekend. Thank you!

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I agree the view from the dining room is amazing. I can just stare out the window all day long. You picked a great time to go to the beach. September and October can be some of the most enjoyable months. I hope you’ll come visit again!

My mom (the owner) retired from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, AL. I (unit manager) am an instructor at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, AL. My husband is the Director of Athletic Photography at The University of Alabama. We have three children. My brother is the Director of Golf/Head Golf Coach at Florida State University. His wife works in the FSU athletic department with financial aid. They have two children.

Location, location, location! It is a very secluded complex with 24/7 security. It is off the beaten path yet only a stones throw from scenic HWY 30A.

We love the many different amenities that are available at Pinnacle Port. It is a self-contained resort! The girls LOVE the indoor pool and being able to walk directly on the beach from the condo.
