The Space:

This third-floor walk-up has no elevator and sits near Hawthorne's restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, transit, and neighborhood streets.



Inside, the apartment has two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom with tub, a compact kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, in-unit washer/dryer, TV, shared building WiFi, and a laptop-friendly workspace. It’s a cozy base for exploring the neighborhood.



Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the living room, with cadet heat as backup. The bedrooms do not have individual AC units, so airflow can be less direct with bedroom doors closed.



The kitchen is compact.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
