You arrived around noon and requested an early check-in. At that time, the cleaner was still finishing up and explained that an earlier check-in wasn’t possible since the property was still being prepared. Once the cleaning was complete, everything was ready before the scheduled check-in time. If you noticed any issues with cleanliness, the microwave, the kitchen, or the toilet seat after you checked in, we would have appreciated hearing from you during your stay so we could look into and resolve any concerns promptly. We take pride in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring our guests’ comfort. While we understand that the property may not have met your personal standards, we also want to ensure that feedback honestly reflects the condition of the property and the efforts we made to get it ready for your stay.

Thanks for your feedback. I want to clarify that some of the comments don't quite match what actually happened during your stay. The cleaner did forget to leave extra toilet paper and tissues, but once you reached out, I personally went to the property and brought the items you needed. As for the towels, there were more than four large, clean towels at the property. If you needed more towels or supplies, we were happy to sort that out when you contacted us. We take cleanliness and guest concerns seriously and always try to fix issues quickly. About the location, it's not “very far from everything” as you mentioned. Calgary Zoo is about 23 minutes away, and Calgary International Airport is roughly 14 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The location details are also clearly shown in the listing before you booked.
