Übernachten Sie in einem der beliebtesten Wild Dunes-Komplexe! Diese am Meer gelegene Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern bietet den Komfort, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt zu sein und einen schönen Gemeinschaftspool zu haben. Die Böden und Möbel sind in allen Schlafzimmern und Wohnräumen aktualisiert. Der Außenpool und die Strandpromenade befinden sich direkt neben dem Gebäudekomplex. Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise und den Blick auf den Atlantik von der abgeschirmten Veranda oder dem Hauptbalkon.

Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche, einen Essbereich und einen wunderschön gestalteten Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-Kabel-TV und direktem Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda. In der zweiten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Master-Suite verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Beautiful Views, Comfortable Accomodations

We stayed here with 2 couples and one toddler. The accommodations were clean and everything worked properly. The screened-in porch and balcony off the master bedroom have beautiful views and were great for enjoying coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped, dining room easily fit our group and the living room was perfect for playing board games after a day on the beach. The short walk to the beach made trips back up to the condo for bathroom breaks and snacks easy. I would recommend this property, especially to families with children.

The residence was clean, so clean we did not feel like we needed to do our normal pre-cleaning that we usually do in other rentals. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Matthew, the owner of this unit stopped by to check on us the night before the mandatory evacuation. He wanted to make sure we knew about it and even offered to bring us some gasoline for one of our cars that was nearly empty. A fine man to be sure. We only had a couple nights, but I plan on a return trip soon. Island realty issued a refund for the unused nights. While we would not have chosen a hurricane, we were treated extremely well by Island Realty and the owner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.
