Charming 2-bedroom home in delightful downtown Indian River

Your exciting getaway awaits in Indian River at this cute 2-bedroom home, including 2 queen beds. It's the perfect house just blocks from several restaurants/bars, a few blocks from multiple boat launches, and nearby Devoe Beach is a short walk away. A boat slip is available Labor Day through Nov 1st for an additional charge. The home is perfect for a small family or a few couples looking to take advantage of all that Indian River offers. Featuring an open floor plan with a 4 person dining room table, a large leather sectional and recliner, full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms have a dresser and the larger bedroom has a closet with room for hiding luggage and enough space to hang your clothes. The front porch has a table for 2 all ready to enjoy a morning coffee on. We are conveniently located 30 minutes from Gaylord, Petoskey, Cheboygan, and the Mackinaw Bridge so there is plenty to do in and around the area. Parking for the home is along the north end of the property along the fence. Please note, that the home is on a shared lot. Please respect the other homeowner and only occupy the house and the porches included. Experience what Indian River has to offer with a stay at our home.

Charming Two Bedroom House

House was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, Burt Lake Beach, and fireworks!

Great internet! Comfy furniture.

We were pleasantly surprised at the great internet speed and connectivity. We also liked the big sofa and recliner for lounging and napping. Location is close to town with the pinehurst bar located two lots away. For the price it’s much better than a tiny cabin in town.

Easy to find, owner gave excellant directions. Close to shopping, dinning, and Devoe Beach, which was a lovely crystal clear lake and clean park. The water pressure in the house was fantastic. The home was cute, clean comfortable, and quiet. I stayed in the master and the bed was so comfortable. My friend slept in the 2nd room and she said she slept the best she's slept in a long time. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fishing Trip

My daughter and I take a fishing trip every year in northern Michigan and this place is a great place to stay. The next time I am in the Indian River area this place will be the first place to look at for availability. It is between Burt and Mullet and within two blocks of multiple places to eat and get ice cream. Sara responds quickly to any inquiry. The house is comfortable and clean. There is parking for multiple cars and room for a truck with a boat. Great location.

My husband and I live downstate and have enjoyed Indian River for many years. Whether it's to go snowmobiling, camping, boating, or just stopping on the way further north its always had a special meaning to us. With so many great places to visit nearby, being centrally located and overall just a great community with great people, Indian River has it all.

We love this location since we are so close to everything Indian River has to offer. Good food, good drinks, boating, snowmobiling, almost everything you need is within walking distance, or a quick drive away.

Our home is perfect for what you need. Big enough to move around, and small enough to feel comfy. Nestled on a nice lot, with plenty of trees and a nice grassy lawn, within 5 minutes you are nearby downtown and all that Indian River and the surrounding areas have to offer.
