We spent two days in Mont Tremblant as part of a larger autumn colors road trip. We enjoyed our strolls along Lac Mercier and, of course, a lot of time at Mont Tremblant itself. The condo met all of our needs and the host was very helpful in quickly responding to our needs. We would recommend this anyone seeking a great fall getaway. Thanks!

Charming Stay in Cozy Studio

Great little studio about 10 minutes from the slopeside village at Mont Tremblant. Super convenient, definitely advise having a 4WD vehicle as driving up the access road to the studio is quite steep and I can imagine daunting if you don’t have all wheel drive capabilities.

Overall, we had a pleasant enough stay - the bed was comfortable and the room was larger than we expected from the photos - however a few things we did note. The community hot tub is closed in the winter - this was not made clear from the listing which stated that the pool closes, and the "private spa" closes but no where is it transparent in saying the community hot tub which was mentioned not only in the listing but also in the direct messages related to our booked stay (ie codes, location and directions, and the requirement to bring our own towel). When this was flagged with the host they apologized and said they would change it for the future and then said someone from customer satisfaction would reach out (but they still have not done so). Additionally the shower has no shelves which is just worth noting, and the walls in the bathroom showed signs that there wasn't enough ventilation in the space. To their credit the kitchen did have some basic items stocked (oil, salt and sugar, coffee, and a couple hot chocolate packets, etc). It is close to the mountain as well so for skiing that was helpful, but the wifi did stop working while we were there in the evening. As I said at the top, for what it cost, it was good, but for how it was advertised, we were disappointed.

My mother and I spent 2 nights here. It is a studo and great for us. It is close to everything Tremblant has to offer. I was impressed with how well stocked it was. Sometimes there is salt and pepper and others don't have anything. This host had salt, pepper, tea coffee, oil. All the pots and pans needed. It was much appreciated. Thank you.

False advertising and unclean. We showed up 20 minutes prior to check-in at 4pm and the place was unclean from the previous renters. I contacted the host and they sent people to clean who didn't leave until almost 5pm. They advertise this place with a Hot Tub. The building DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB! This is the fourth building part of their complex and the hot tub is in building 2 so you would have to walk for 10 minutes or drive to it - and it wasn't even open. 2 weeks prior to arriving I requested for my emotional support dog to be there. They accepted the certificate but after we arrived, it became all about the dog. I received a call and then non-stop emails. They claimed that they needed to clean the mattress because of the dog but my dog slept in his bed and in his carrier and not on the tiny bed. My dog is 4lbs and a kittens meow is louder. They claimed noise but there wasn't any. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you like to book for amenities that are not provided and you like being harrassed. Brutal.

We unfortunately had to cancel within days of booking for personal reasons. I reached out to the owners directly and asked if they could reimburse in full despite the cancellation policy due to the short time between booking and cancelling, and the longer period before our scheduled stay. They replied and said yes but then did not follow through on that and we ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a reservation we did not attend. While the policy states 50% reimbursement on cancellation, the fact that we reached out and received confirmation that we would be reimbursed in full by the owner, only for them to charge us, was off putting.

Chatelo - condo Mont-Tremblant

Small but well maintained. Great shower. Small TV - we needed to move furntiture around to make it more effecient. Small double bed- against the wall is not a good idea. I needed to to get up out of bed at night and needed to crawl out of it. We moved it away from the wall allowing for much easier access in and out of the bed. The internet shut down once. The router was in a seprate unit so the administration needed to send someon to reboot. lots of ustensils and other accessories where avaialable. Love seat not very comfortable for lounging. Great little town near Tremblant village. Good resaturants near by with varying service and price. We thought there was AC in the unit but there was none. onm occasion this was a problem since other guest were smoking on their balconies and the smoke would comne in our unit. Not sure I would come back to this particular area.
