Diese von Luxury Beach Rentals angebotene Suite mit 4 Schlafzimmern in der 9. Etage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Wohnung verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, die beide über Kingsize-Betten verfügen. Eines bietet Zugang zu einem Balkon am Meer und ein großes Hauptbad bietet Granitoberflächen, Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie Fliesenboden; Das andere bietet ein geräumiges Bad sowie einen eigenen Balkon am Meer und einen eigenen Eingang in die Wohnung. Das dritte Zimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, das auf Anfrage in zwei Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann, und das vierte Zimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten sowie zwei weitere Badezimmer. Mit seinem Wohnzimmer, das ein Schlafsofa, Flachbildfernseher, eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitplatten bietet, schafft diese Wohnung einen großen und geräumigen Aufenthalt für Sie und Ihre Gäste.

Das Resort befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strand in einem recht familienorientierten Strandabschnitt. Der Cypress Room ist ein preisgekröntes Restaurant in der Unterkunft, das täglich Frühstück und Abendessen serviert. Während der Sommermonate können Sie das Mittagessen auf der Terrasse und an der Poolbar genießen. Zu den Aktivitäten vor Ort zählen der Innen- und Außenpoolkomplex mit einem Strömungskanal, drei Pools, Spas, einem Planschbecken für Kinder und Wasserfällen / Felsformationen mit Blick auf den Strand sowie ein Fitnesscenter und eine Liegewiese.

With a friendly staff and a long list of amenities to make your stay comfortable. This is a great place to spend a long weekend or a vacation. Our stay was a long weekend and I can’t say enough. The convenience of the on site restaurant and lounge, made breakfast easy and the lounge for a drink before turning in.We will definitely be lotto book another stay.

This condo has 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of room for married kids and some grandkids. We had so much walking the beach and finding shark teeth. And the grandkids swam at least twice a day. Best holiday time with family.

This place was amazing!

This condo was perfect! We had everything we needed and the property is just as pictured! The pools and the beach are so convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. You don't have access to pool towels but we didn't have any issues getting what we needed. Highly recommend and worth the money!

Overall the stay was good. The pools were great and being right on the beach was fantastic. We had great views of the ocean as well. The down side is the dryer is “old” so it took forever for towels or anything to dry. It’s also not as close to the boardwalk or places to eat so we had to drive more than planned. Otherwise, company was responsive & rooms were nice. Thank you!

Couldn't have been better

Plenty of space. The view was spectacular. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. This was the first time my grandchildren had seen the ocean and they absolutely loved it. Parking was annoying. Spaces were small for a bigger vehicle. Other than that,it was a great trip and we would go back.

We were please with the facility. Unfortunately we’re did not get warm weather for most of our stay so didn’t get to enjoy the outside facilities until the last few days of our stay. We were surprised to see a cross country skier take advantage of the snow on the beach. Tgat was an unexpected sight. We were disappointed that the Lazy River was being repaired. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Nice property. Tiki bar closed at 4??? Restaurant opened at 5??? Not well appointed. One large pot - one wine glass. The worst part was the door did not lock. You could open it by pushing without the code. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Probably will not return

We do kitchen inventories several times a year but sometimes things go missing and need to be replaced. The front door lock works properly, perhaps you did not turn the lock to the lock position? We watched the news and left our 2 very expensive 4-bedroom apartment on Tuesday. No guidance about need to evacuate or how to handle meals, etc. The only communication was to move furniture from the decks. We notified everyone that we were leaving Tuesday. No attempt by you or the facility to tell us if we could return. This was my second year at Island Vista and my last.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We kept in contact and continued to send updates to all our guests regarding the tropical storm. Had there been a need to evacuate we would have informed our guests. There were no mandatory evacuations. Unfortunately there is not much we can do in regards to the weather and guests time of booking. We always suggest that you obtain travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, however this would not have been covered as there was no mandatory evacuations. We understand prioritizing your families safety and respect the decision you made to leave. I can understand the frustration as your vacation did not turn out as you had hoped. We do hope you will reconsider staying with us again, we would be delighted to have you back.

Would work with them again

Working with Luxury Beach Rentals exceeded our expectations! They were very responsive to all our emails and questions. The check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. Everything was explained in detail in an email. I would definitely work with them again! However, the property itself was in desperate need of a deep, deep thorough cleaning! It was also in need of a refresh. All the walls were heavily marked up, wallpaper was peeling, water stains on the ceiling, moldings were broken, closet doors off the track just to name a few things. The view was fantastic, and the fact we had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was convenient for everyone. Given the money we paid for this unit, I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner than it was, and basic items to be repaired. I would book a property through Luxury Beach rentals again, but not this particular property.

Some people were at the pool while others were at the beach, but we still felt all together. Chairs were always available at the pool and they a policy where people cannot snag chairs early in the morning to claim their spot all day. I loved this. Only negative is they were mulching and the smell after the rain was unbearable. Around the pool area the chairs sit on grass not sure the grass is ideal. It looks like they resod it yearly. I would recommend putting in pavers. While the property was slightly outdated we would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is gorgeous and lush with palm trees and hibiscus plants galore. At night there are fire pits to sit around while a live guitarist plays under the palm trees! The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Our unit was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was lacking a coffee maker when we arrived but within an hour of calling - one was delivered to us! Also I’m glad I brought my own fry pan from home as the one supplied was small and not a non stick pan. The sleeper sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. But the beds were great! The last few days of our stay the dishwasher stopped working and someone came to look at it even though it was a Sunday. He said someone would be back the next day to fix it- which to my knowledge didn’t happen, so I had to hand wash our last days dishes before check out. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return!
