The property was perfectly located. It was very quiet and everyone was friendly. We saw dolphins, shark and a sea turtle. The grounds were clean and well kept. The room was nice but wasn’t fully cleaned. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook there. They provided you with a lot of amenities for the beach which was nice. The check in process was a little difficult as they were supposed to email/text the code by 4 PM however I had to call about 415 because it wasn’t sent. The woman who answered was very helpful though and got it to me within a few minutes. The balcony was amazing with the views. I would recommend staying here.

Thank you for staying at Carolina Dunes 504 and for sharing your feedback. I’m glad the location, quiet setting, friendly atmosphere, wildlife sightings, well‑kept grounds, stocked kitchen, beach amenities, and balcony views all added to your stay. I apologize the unit wasn’t fully cleaned on arrival and that the access code wasn’t sent by the expected time. That falls short of our standards. I’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and front‑desk teams so we can improve the cleaning and ensure check‑in codes are sent on schedule. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to host you again.

This place was what I would call “Beach Clean” it was fine. I never did receive my text message with the code to get into the unit. Thank God for VRBO They ended up calling Luxury rental for me and transferred me to them to get the code to get into my room . Once inside the unit it was fine . The unit was and had everything it mentioned having. We had a nice trip . I would go back

Thank you for the review. I’m sorry you didn’t receive the initial text with the door code — glad VRBO was able to get you connected and into the unit. We’ll review our check-in messaging and processes to prevent this in the future. Happy to hear the unit had everything you needed and that you enjoyed your trip. We’d love to welcome you back.

Nightmare. Unit had, a notice that they were under construction, on the elevator, when we arrived. Never pre-notified by host of construction. Noise got so loud, we had to re-locate in middle of vacation. Spent a full day moving. Totally misled, no advance notice of construction. Nightmare!l Still fighting with host and VRBO!!!

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Linens were included, along with a washer and dryer in unit. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The beach was clean and it was a nice luxury to have beach chairs in the unit, however, you could rent them on the beach if you wanted to. Close to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

Inside very nice and clean

Love the location. Love the inside of the condo very clean. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was. There was construction in the parking area. We couldn't hear it inside the condo, but we could hear it constantly sitting on the balcony. The agency Did contact us prior to our dates and ask if we wanted to change locations. All in all very nice and worth the cost

Awesome Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina Dunes was an awesome place to stay for my family getaway. The condo was beautiful and clean with an amazing oceanview. Being an oceanfront property made relaxing and sleeping a breeze because you can hear the waves crashing in the ocean!! My family and I spent the time away to bond and it was very easy because the owner provided the room with games and we had very little distractions being away from the Myrtle Beach strip. Also when we went to the ocean, we didn't have to worry about paying fees for lounge chairs because those were provided as well!!I would definitely recommend this property to any family wanting a nice vacation away from the noise and busy area of the Myrtle Beach strip. We will definitely be staying here again! !
