For safety and operational reasons, pool equipment (including the pump, filters, controls, and any related systems) must not be tampered with or adjusted. If you experience any concerns with the pool, please contact us immediately so we can address it properly.

Dock Use Disclaimer
The dock is provided for guest enjoyment; however, use of the dock and surrounding waterfront area is entirely at your own risk.
By choosing to access the dock, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
-No lifeguard is on duty.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Diving and jumping from the dock is strictly prohibited.
-The dock may become slippery due to water, algae, weather, or tides. Please use extreme caution.
-Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party.
-The property owner and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, or loss/damage of personal property while using the dock or waterfront area.
-Use during inclement weather, high winds, lightning, or strong tides is strongly discouraged.
-Do not alter, tie off improperly, move equipment, or tamper with any dock components.
If you notice any safety concerns or damage to the dock, please notify us immediately and discontinue use until addressed.

• All pets must be disclosed and fees paid prior to arrival

• All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of (additional fees may apply)

House Rules
• Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged
• No smoking or illegal activity on the property
• No parties or events (per City of Beaufort ordinance)
• Only the approved number of guests may stay overnight
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM on the day of departure
