Eine geräumige, luftige, gut ausgestattete, klimatisierte Villa mit hochwertigem Innendesign. Ideal für Familien und Golfer. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Das Anwesen verfügt über 1 Zweibettzimmer 1 Doppelzimmer und Bad im Erdgeschoss + separates WC. Ein großes Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Bad und Türen zu einem großen Solarium mit Meerblick. Die Lounge verfügt über einen englischen HD-Fernseher mit TV-Aufnahmemöglichkeit, WLAN, DVD und eine Auswahl an DVDs / CDs. Eine gut ausgestattete amerikanische Einbauküche mit Herd, Kochfeld, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine. Vom Essbereich bis zum Wintergarten können Sie sich entspannen und die wunderschönen Gärten betrachten. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Carport, der die Sonne von Ihrem Auto fernhält - genau das, was Sie in den heißen Sommermonaten brauchen! Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von zwei Gemeinschaftspools und 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Villamartin Plaza im andalusischen Stil entfernt, wo sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Banken und ein Supermarkt für alle Nationalitäten befinden.
Es muss kein Mineralwasser gekauft werden, da in der Villa ein gefiltertes Wassersystem installiert ist.


Lokale Strände: Der nächste ist eine 10-minütige Fahrt von La Zenia entfernt, einem mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichneten Strand mit Strandbar und Klettergerüst für Kinder. Ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Strand La Zenia bringt Sie zum Strand Cala Capitan von Cabo Roig, wo Sie in den Sommermonaten eine Strandbar finden.
Es gibt einen schönen Spaziergang um die Landzunge zum Hauptstrand von Cabo Roig, einen Besuch im Yachthafen, um die Boote zu bewundern (nehmen Sie etwas Brot, um den Fisch zu füttern) und trinken Sie etwas oder probieren Sie Tapas in einem der beiden Cafés / Bars rund um den Yachthafen.
Weitere interessante Strände in Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca und Campoamor sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt von unserer Villa entfernt.

Great location

Property exactly as described, in a great location only a short walk from the plaza and amenities. Check-in process was easy and communications with the property manager and the key holder clear and concise. The roof top terrace is a real sun trap and has fantastic views to the sea. A great family trip

Great villa … in a quiet spot and yet only 5 mins if that from Villamartin Plaza The pool was only 100yds from villa and this was excellent too Would highly recommend 😀😀

FIVE STARS ARE JUST NOT ENOUGH !!!

This villa is just amazing and comes with everything you could wish for - beautifully equipped, spotless and so comfortable. The location is just perfect as you can walk to all the restaurants and entertainment at the Plaza in 10 minutes quite easily. You can drive to the fab and now famous La Zenia boulevard for more eateries and a wide range of international shops. Can't wait to book again for next summer!

The villa was like home from home. Perfect location, everything there that’s needed. The communication between owners and key holders was instant. Nothing was too much trouble. No umbrellas for outside areas, tv & wifi no signal most of the time, downstairs shower loose & kept falling down. Everything you need but a little dated for the price.

We also have a large shaded seating area in the garden, which was available throughout your stay, offering a comfortable outdoor space. The storm also affected the TV and Wi-Fi, as strong winds had misaligned the satellite dish. Our agents were able to offer a Fire Stick for your TV and contacted the internet provider to send an engineer, ensuring the dish was realigned and the Wi-Fi signal improved. We pride ourselves on maintaining a beautiful villa with many returning guests. Our listing includes detailed descriptions and current photos of the villa's décor and furnishings. I’m sorry to hear that the style wasn’t to your taste, but I assure you the price is very competitive for the area. Home away from home

Our stay in Villamartin was great staying in Tom's villa. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The villa was clean and homely making us feel at ease stratight away. The terrace was perfect for relaxing during the day with plenty of seating options. We had a small issue with the oven at the beginning of the trip but the property managers couldn't have been more helpful. They had someone over that day to check it out and by the next lunch time the oven was fixed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we had a great holiday.

Holiday Let

My family and a friend booked this villa in Villamarin for our summer holiday, we arranged to meet Michael on site late evening after arrival and he was waiting for us, he gave us a run down of the full villa and highlighted if there were any issues just contact him. This was not required as our stay was fantastic, the villa is perfectly situated for walking to the plaza, and had great walks down by the canal to los dolsis ect, 15 min drive to the beach, superb, would highly recommend booking this one. Thanks Michael for all you done and the recommendations.

Nice villa but in need of some refurbishment

Villa is on a very quiet estate. First impressions are good but we soon noticed areas that needed improvement. En suite shower is in a poor state. Mattress protector doesn’t fit the bed in master bedroom. All of the items in the box - umbrellas etc were rusty and not usable. Two kitchen doors j hinged.

Thank you for your review. While we appreciate all feedback, we respectfully disagree with several of the concerns raised. The villa is regularly maintained, and prior to your arrival, it was thoroughly checked to ensure it met our usual standards. The en suite shower was fully functional, and no issues were reported during your stay. The mattress protector used in the master bedroom is standard size for the bed and has not previously been problematic; however, we will re-check to ensure continued comfort. The outdoor items you described are all children plastic beach items not rusty! we routinely assess and replace them as needed. Additionally, there were no issues with the kitchen cabinets reported before your arrival, on your departure our cleaners reported one of the cabinets doors had been ripped off its hinges! We are always open to constructive feedback, but we also strive to ensure comments accurately reflect the condition and quality of the property. We do hope you were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and other features of the villa during your stay.

lovely villa in excellent location

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the villa and wish it could have been longer! It is well equipped, and very comfortable and clean, with the local plaza in Villamartin literally a few minutes walk away where there are many shops and good restaurants. That said, the villa itself was very peacefully located with lovely and well kept communal pool areas, and our private sun terrace was fantastic. We flew to Alicante with our three teenagers and hired a car for the week which enabled us to see a bit of the area around Villamartin, including Torrevieja which is well worth a visit. We had excellent communication with the owner Tom before and after our holiday, and John and Hayley, the agents in Spain were very friendly and helpful when we had a query. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in this part of Spain, as you won't be disappointed!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient

6 adults and one 3 year old had a lovely stay here in Villamartin. The villa is large and comfortable with many different leisure areas so families can enjoy their own space without always being crowded together! We oldies particularly enjoyed the conservatory with it's large sliding windows and the young ones loved the rooftop solarium.There was even a paddling pool in the storage chest on the rooftop terrace which my granddaughter loved. It is very well equipped, nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The memory foam topper in the upstairs bed is a nice addition. It was 30C and very hot at night when we were there so the upstairs bedroom was rather warm even with the fan and open windows. We were very glad of the air conditioning in the living room. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. Plenty of keys were provided. The quiet location is great, being so close to the Villamartin Plaza which has restaurants galore and live entertainment. The local supermarket there is also very good. The lovely quiet, clean pool is 2 minutes walk away and it's a 10 minute drive to a delightful beach which has rockless, shallow water going out a long way. Communication with the owners was great, all queries being answered promptly. I can highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for your kind detailed review, we have had some great artists preforming all summer long in the Plaza with names some might remember, like Ray Lewis from the Drifters, Union Gap, the lead singer from the Rubettes and the one and only Leo Sayer!! We try to provide our guests with items that they would need but wouldn’t bring on holiday like baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, safety gate and buggy) and for the beach we provide (beach chairs, sun brolly, cooler box, buckets & spades etc) Many thanks for your booking.

Winterurlaub

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel lief problemlos. Michael von DC Property Management war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es fehlt uns nichts. Einzig die Anzahl der Stromverbraucher mussten dosiert eingesetzt werden, da sonst die Sicherung kam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle 2 Wochen trotz Corona

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen! Zuerst mussten wir leider von der Buchung wg Corona zurücktreten- die Kommunikation mit Tom war perfekt und immer vertrauenswürdig. Ohne Weiteres erhielten wir unseren Betrag zurück. Als sich die Situation besserte, haben wir direkt wieder zugeschlagen und es nicht bereut. Jeder von uns kam auf seine Kosten - die Ausstattung war vor allem kindgerecht (Babystuhl, Bett, Geschirr, Treppenschutzgitter, sicheres Grundstück). Unsere Großen konnten sich in den beiden sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspools austoben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt & der Garten ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder... Many thanks & hopefully again :)

Tolles Haus

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in dem freistehenden Haus. Es war supersauber und alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten war toll angelegt und wir haben den Wintergarten und die Dachterasse genossen. Wir gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank. Inge und Helmut aus Germany

Great villa

Thoroughly enjoyable stay over Easter. Lovely accommodation a very brief walk from Villamartin Plaza. Ideal for golfers and sightseers alike. Definitely recommend this villa.

Fantastic Holiday

My husband and I are just home from our holiday with our 2 young children and grandparents. This villa is very spacious for all the family and only a few mins walk down to the fantastic pool. The plaza which has so many bars and reassurance to choose from Is only 5mins down the road again so handy when you have w young family with prams etc. It made our holiday easy and enjoyable! The villa itself is great witu beautiful gardens to relax in however the only draw back is lack of air con. The bedrooms only have fans and this just isn’t enough to cool down in 30 odd degrees heat. Some nights in the upstairs bedroom it became unbearable. This is the only draw back to an otherwise fantastic villa in a fantastic location. The owners are also great with communication and I felt al my questions were answered promptly.

So pleased you all enjoyed our villa and Villamartin area and thank you for your feedback. We have now installed A/C in the upstairs bedroom which should ensure a good nights sleep for all our guests who book in the height of summer.

Beautiful property, too hot though

Just back from a two week vacation in this property. We loved the location, the house and all it had to offer to our family. Our only criticism of the house was the heat upstairs. It really does need an air conditioner as a few nights my son had to sleep downstairs, this was when the temperatures were not as high as is expected next week. If there was an air conditioner upstairs we would definitely book this house every year. Beautiful house and easy access to pools made it so enjoyable

Excellent, spacious villa in quiet location

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well-equipped villa. Surrounded by mature gardens, and with several seating/patio areas to give sun or shade at any time of day, this made an ideal base for a winter sun break. The interior is spacious and light, and equipped to a very high standard. We enjoyed the very quiet residential location but the cafes/bars of Villamartin plaza are only a 5 minute walk away. A short drive away are the high class shops of La Zenia plaza, or many beaches. I should also add that the owners and property manager were exceptionally helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

The Zenia Boulevard with it’s ice skating ring and decorations and the hundreds of Christmas revellers that gather on La Zenia Beach on Christmas Day morning. Happy New Year to you and your family

❤️ Why We Chose This Neighbourhood

Our connection with this part of the Costa Blanca goes back around 20 years.

We originally bought a smaller villa in La Zenia, so we already knew and loved the area — the beautiful beaches, wonderful climate, golf courses, restaurants and relaxed way of life.

When we came across our current villa in 2008, we knew almost immediately that it was something special.

You know that feeling you get when you first walk into a property and something just clicks? Well, this villa gave us exactly that feeling.

It was more spacious, more comfortable and, for us, simply a much better villa than our previous property. We could immediately imagine ourselves spending time here and enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Over the years, we’ve continued to love the location. It’s peaceful and residential, yet you’re only a short stroll from Villamartin Plaza, with its fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and entertainment. And when you want to head to the coast, the beautiful beaches are just a short drive away.

That’s why, nearly 20 years later, we’re still here — and why we’re delighted to be able to share our villa with you.

✨ What Makes Our Property Unique

Of course, there are plenty of villas to choose from, but we believe ours has something rather special — its combination of space, modern interiors and an unbeatable location.

The villa is spacious, beautifully presented and comfortably furnished, but what we particularly love is how close it is to Villamartin Plaza.

It’s just a 5-minute stroll away, which means you can head out for a lovely meal, enjoy a few drinks, listen to the entertainment and simply walk home afterwards. No worrying about taxis, and no need to think about drinking and driving — just enjoy your evening and take a leisurely stroll back to the villa.

And then there’s Villamartin Plaza itself.

We absolutely love it. It’s such a wonderfully designed and beautifully laid-out place, with its colourful balconies, plants, restaurants, bars and atmosphere. There’s something very special about sitting there on a warm evening, enjoying a meal or a drink while taking in the surroundings.

Honestly, photographs don’t seem to do the Plaza justice — you really need to experience it for yourself.

For us, having such a beautiful and lively place right on our doorstep, yet being able to retreat to the peace and tranquillity of our villa, is what makes the location so special.
