Would absolutely recommend this place. The host is super responsive and kept in touch with us throughout our weekend when we had any questions. The place was clean and everything worked well. We were able to tightly squeeze in a group of 27 (doubling up on beds, bringing air mattresses, sleeping on couches, etc.), but it was still great. The backyard view is super scenic, especially with snow and Shawnee mountain is really close by for skiing. Would absolutely love to come back and couldn't recommend this spot more.

The House is big and specious. We went in our summer break with extended family. Our kids enjoyed backyard creek and swimming pool . Four season room was a great addition of the house.

Great stay for a big group

We enjoyed our stay here. We were a big group with 8 adults and 12 kids. We had everything we needed, kids enjoyed the game room in the basement while adults enjoyed time in the main level.

Amazing time!

We had our spring break trip here and it was perfect!! There was more than enough space for all 20 of us. The backyard was so cute too. Would totally stay again considering the price and how much fun we had at this great property :)

Great party house for a big family/groups. Our kids all played at the creek daily and had a blast in the basement! If looking for a true camping/roughing it experience then this is the spot for you ! If looking for a more glamping experience then this property needs a fewsmall upgrades. Areas of improvement are the upstairs master carpet, Keurig was broken & host did not make sure the 2 propane tanks were full for a very popular grilling weekend & was flexing with check in & responsive when needed.

We had a wonderful time! Spacious property, exactly as advertised. Host was very communicative throughout the entire process. Plenty of rooms for all of our friends and family, the teens loved the up-to-date basement! All in all, highly recommended!

Everything good

Everything was very good in the house, everything was very nice, the only thing we didn't like is that the billiard sticks didn't have the tip, the gas for the grill was empty and when we went to change it there was nowhere and we thought there was central air and it didn't but the rooms had units but in the living room it was hot.

Nice family place but needs some tlc

Had a great time and definitely lots of room but game room has paddles missing, pool sticks missing tips and balls. Bed frame broken in master. Not very clean either just needs a little TLC…. Generally worth it for the space

Overall, I'd give it 3 stars. The floor was sticky, which was pretty gross. We had to drive the garbage over, which was a hassle and really annoying. There wasn't any soap or dish soap, which was inconvenient. It could have been better.

The house wasn’t properly cleaned and we had to buy cleaning supplies as appropriate ones were not provided. We used more than half of the pads in a swiffer pads box (top and bottom) to clean the floors and they looked super dirty. In addition to sticky stains on the floor which were obviously from drinks, there were pieces of old food under the tables and couches. There were also not enough utensils for the amount of people the Vrbo can accommodate, there actually weren’t any metal knives so we had to buy disposable ones for the length of our stay. One of the sinks in a restroom drained poorly so brushing our teeth on that sink was uncomfortable as saliva, toothpaste and older wastes from the pipes would pool. Some of the furniture was broken (chairs were broken in the kitchen and at the bar, the wooden stand under the projector screen is bare wood and has nails sticking out of it, the blue futon in the basement has a broken leg and is unstable, the towel hangers were broken or missing in two of the restrooms). In order to use the grill, we had to buy propane gas as both of the tanks provided were empty. The digital lock at the front door was loose since we arrived and when we were leaving, it would not lock from the outside. We spent 20 minutes trying to figure out a way to lock the doors from the outside as instructed by the host but the lock did not work so we had to figure out another way. The host responded to some of the messages but not in a timely enough fashion.

We were disappointed with our stay and want to provide clear, constructive feedback for both the host and future guests. We had brought some concerns to the host as soon as we got there and NEVER heard back all weekend about any of our concerns and broken furniture when we arrived.Unfortunately, several aspects of the property did not match the listing description or expected standards.The listing stated that community amenities including the pool, gym, and activity center were included. However, when we attempted to use the gym, & the pool, we were denied access and informed by the office that the entry fobs had been deactivated due to non-payment of fees. This was both embarrassing and inconvenient, and it meant we did not receive amenities that were specifically advertised as part of the stay & contributing to the cost.The home also did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Multiple towels had visible hair on them, the floors were sticky and counters were dirty, and there were cigarette ashes on the rug next to the main bedroom bed upon arrival.Several advertised features and furnishings were broken or unusable, which significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property. The basement theater recliners could not be used because there was no way to plug them in for power. The ping pong table was broken, a bar stool was completely separated and unsafe to use, multiple pool sticks were broken, and the wall-mounted fireplace near the pool table could not be power
