Diese Villa befindet sich auf einem 2 Hektar großen Privatgrundstück und verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer, 4 Ba. Der offene Grundriss von 5000 Quadratmetern macht diese Villa zum perfekten Ort für große Familienausflüge, Betriebsausflüge oder einen Ausflug einer Gruppe von Freunden aus der Stadt. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe:

Der erste Stock besteht aus einem 1000 qm. Ft. Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Shuffleboard-Tisch, Kickertisch, Bartresen, Kaminofen und 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher + Wunderschöne Küche mit 16 Fuß hohen Decken und weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über eine weitere 700 m² große Wohnfläche mit einem großen Balkon, einem 65-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV, einer Bibliothek mit einem Pokertisch und weiteren Spielen.

Draußen haben wir eine große Terrasse mit einem 8-Flammen-Event-Grill, eine große Terrasse und einen 36 Fuß langen 9 Fuß tiefen Pool (am tiefen Ende), der nur für Gäste zur Verfügung steht. + mehrere Morgen Privateigentum.

Great family house

Great stay for large group. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Really large kitchen and plenty of room to gather and cook. Two TV sitting area was very convenient for everyone. Outdoor patio with grill sat everyone comfortably and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. Tina and Boris were great hosts and communicated well during the whole process. Would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome trip !

Just got back from an awesome stay at this house. The property is huge, very clean and in an awesome location. About a 5 minute drive to Shawnee mountain and with a lot of places to eat nearby. The main road has plenty of fast food restaurants, supermarkets and any other stores you might need on tour stay there. We had such a great time we are already booking for the summer time.

We are an extended family of 14--8 adults, 6 children ages 1-8. We were looking for a summer vacation house big enough for all of us with a play area for the grandkids and a pool. This villa was perfect. And now that the pool is enclosed, everyone could relax around it all day without sunscreen worries. We really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped (more plates, flatware, glasses, serving dishes, and appliances than any we have rented). Both eating areas (inside and out) were big enough to seat all 14 of us. Adults and children enjoyed the foosball and pool tables.The hosts are very accommodating. They answered text messages quickly and dispatched the local caretaker (who lives in the neighborhood) to handle any problems quickly.Highly recommended.

A perfect family getaway

Me and my large family had a wonderful stay. House is spacious, was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need to have a great time. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit as well. I cook a lot and the large kitchen was just perfect. What great place to cook and well equipped as well. Overall we really enjoyed stain there, the host was super responsive and made our stay even better. Definitely coming back next summer!!!

Great House for Large Groups with Kids

Stayed at the property for a family vacation. We were very happy with the available bedrooms and beds for our large group. Pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyed by all. Large living spaces and game room. Property needs some updating of the furnishings and fixtures but everything we needed was there. Great location for visiting local attractions.

Great Vacation House

Our whole family (16 of us plus one baby) stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and activities, and best of all: the pool. Every afternoon was spent in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the lovely huge kitchen and large eating areas, both inside and outside. There are also plenty of day trips to take and wonderful restaurants. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very Spacious, great for large group meetings

We had a tremendous time at the lodge and it was perfect for our men's group retreat. Plenty of space for people to sleep and a perfect large room for meeting. The rec room with pool, and foosball were also great for a break. We had people coming in from all over the globe and the lodge was warm and comfy the entire time. Boris and his team were very responsive and helpful in making sure that our weekend went smoothly. I would highly recommend this lodge for future visits.

Family Vacation

We were a family of 11 adults and 4 children. The house was roomy and comfortable. we had s’mores out by the fire pit every night. We brought our karaoke machine and had karaoke contest and dance offs! The kids were able to swim in the pool even though it was October! had fun going to the Bushkill Falls, which was 10 minutes away and a huge candy gift shop that the kids loved! Tina was a great hostess and kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely highly recommend her home to anybody Looking for a fun family vacation!
