Such a pleasure

Karen is a kind and responsive hostess. It is our second time staying there, and we have always enjoyed our stays. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and close to the boardwalk. I truly recommend this place for a getaway.

Great location

Our host is very nice and communicates quickly. The space is generously sized. The beds are firm and relatively new. The air conditioners are quiet and work beautifully. It was clean and comfortable. The second bathroom is in the basement, but this was not a problem for us. Love the comfortable neighborhood. We had a great week.

Needs to be updated

Older property. Kitchen updated. Pots and pans included but need cleaning prior to use. Needs new living room and bedroom furniture. Flooring in living room has been patched. Flooring in bedroom needs repair - holes. Bathroom and laundry in basement but scary down there. Bathroom upstairs needs to be cleaned better.

Amazing!

The host is super sweet and accommodating. House was perfect size and came with everything you could need. There were even games and everything else for if you have children with you. Would absolutely recommend staying here and might even stay here again myself!

Fun in the Sun

We had a great 2 weeks. Karen was great, quick to answer any questions and help in any way. Did not give it 5 stars simple because it could use some up grades with blinds in the living and dining room. It didn't bother us, though. Location is great. New washer and dryers are clutch. All you need in the kitchen. You might want to bring a few extra kitchen dish towels. Lots of games - enjoy!

Weekend get away

We were a little disappointed that the 2nd bathroom advertised was a communal bathroom by the laundry room and not in our unit. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and inconsiderate. The location of the property was great location and close to the beach. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay .

Great stay with plenty of sq ft close to the beach.

Great property only 1.5 blocks to the beach. Everything was convenient; laundry, outdoor shower, tv, WiFi, parking, full kitchen, beach tags and chairs, plenty of toys. Fantastic stay.

This property was incredibly spacious and had all the comforts of home. Friendly and safe neighborhood with only a 4 min walk to the beach!! And the property owner Karen made this such an easy and smooth process. Highly recommend!!

So Close to the Beach

Great place for our large family to get away to the beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beautiful sand. Convenient location between Atlantic City and Ocean City if you need more to do. The apartment was large and clean with wifi and cable. We would definitely stay here again.

More Than We'd Hoped For!

This home was spacious, perfectly located (to the beach and jitney) and so comfortable! It had two complete sitting areas, a Foosball table that provided hours of entertainment on a rainy day, and lots of cozy comforters for curling up in the evening. We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and were pleased to find that the kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking. I was especially happy that the neighborhood was very safe and the building very secure. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and easy. We had only a few questions during our stay which Karen responded to right away via text. We'll definitely stay here during future visits!

Great location but needs some attention

This was a last minute decision so we appreciated being able to get 3bedrooms so close to the ocean on a weekend! The house itself was roomy although somewhat neglected The beds in the two main bedrooms were not as comfy as we would have liked and the provided linens were really not there. We had to improvise by using top sheets for bottoms. Would have preferred some extra pillows and comforters also. The outdoor shower was so funky we could not use it. The drain was clogged. This house could be perfect with some attention to details that would have made our stay more enjoyable but overall we were happy to have access to Karen's home.

Perfect!

We had a diverse group on our trip to NJ, but Karen's property met all of our needs. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 1 toddler to relax and spread out. Beds were comfortable and there was a ton of storage for all of our things. There were even toys in case of a rainy day! The apartment was clean and well supplied with sheets and kitchen items. Everything was just where it was promised to be! There was so much to do an see near by. The beach was an easy walk up the street. I was so surprised by how clean and uncrowded the beach was. The AC boardwalk was just like I imagined. Ocean City's boardwalk is great for families! We also visited the aquarium and lighthouse. Our ride on the Cape May-Lewes ferry was another highlight. We took the short drive into Philly and toured through History! We will definitely be renting here in the future! Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful vacation!
