Had a great stay. The house is close to the beach and boardwalk. It's super easy to work out the parking with the upstairs tenants - having a place to park in Ventnor makes life a lot easier! The hosts were so responsive and helpful. The front deck is lovely. The price is very fair.

Loved our stay!

Property was immaculate and pet friendly too! We took our boy Jack and he also had a great 1st time at the beach. Highly recommend!

Ventnor Stay

Location and unit as advertised, we really enjoyed our stay. 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk and walking distance to a number of restaurants, a few convenience stores, a bike rental store and more.

Great rental, clean, and great location

We happened to meet the owner during our stay and he was a great guy. Place was clean and met our needs and expectations. Accurate description of the property. Would definitely consider staying here or in his other properties again!

Nice House

We loved the house and its location very much. Just 2 blocks from the beach, and close to 2 other beautiful towns with multiple fun excursions and day activities. Communication with owner was very good and their response was very prompt. We would definitely recommend this house.

Excellent experience!

I highly recommend this place. It was extremely clean and organized. The host was very informative and explained all the details on how to park, how to get in, where the beach chairs were, etc. The location is close enough to the beach that you can easily walk, but far enough away that you aren't surrounded by traffic noises. We will definitely be renting this place again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staying Clean at the Beach

It is a nicely fitted out small unit and we enjoyed our stay, but we would probably not stay here again. The two largest negatives were (1) the upper level unit is rented through airb'n'b for a few nights at a time, so there was always new neighbors coming and going - sometimes families and sometimes groups in their late teens or early 20s who were very loud, like kids are and (2) the place lacks some basics we expect in a beach rental, based on 30 years of renting down here. For example, there was no hose or connection to wash off the porch, so that meant the inside floors were filthy (even when we arrived).
