Great stay!

Very comfortable, clean apartment. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. Property manager was prompt in email replies and gave thorough check in instructions.

A little confusing with a late check in process but everyone from front desk to security was very helpful. Only concern I had was no air conditioning past couple of days seems whole building was having issues. This caused my elderly father some breathing problems iwith his copd.

Overall fine. Pictures nicer than actual. Needs updating. No bath towels provided. Elevators were hard to catch as there were so many people. Nothing to do in the vicinity of the place. Beach and pool good.

Great location , on the beach . Negative side there is too much noise from the street . I was staying on the eight floor , had to take the elevator , what a drag . Never ending waiting for them , too much people inside with the restiction of 5 peoples . If to do it again (which I won't) I would request a room facing the sea (less noise) .

Nice Place, Great Pool, Not on the Boardwalk.

The Tides was a nice place to stay. Our unit was a little different than the listing pictures, but It was nice. It needs a little refreshment but everything worked as it should. The TV's in the bedroom were difficult to figure out. Pablo and Juan were great upon our arrival to help navigate the check-in process. Also, the personnel at the Tides were always available and helpful. The pool and ocean access were great. The only issue is if you want a chair at the pool, you better plan to stake your claim early. I would highly recommend, unless you want to be on or close to the boardwalk.

The air conditioning stopped working and wasn't fixed for two days. During that time, they didn't offer any kind of solution, just a simple text apology.Miami is a very hot and humid place, and air conditioning is vital for a good stay.Communication with the host is terrible.Miami is a place I travel to all the time. I've visited the building where the apartment is located on other occasions, but I wouldn't choose that apartment again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. As soon as you informed us about the issue with the air conditioner, we did everything possible to resolve it as quickly as we could. Unfortunately, it took two days to get the necessary replacement part, which was beyond our control. We’d also like to clarify that the apartment has two air conditioning units, and only one of them stopped working. Still, we completely understand how uncomfortable it can be to be without air conditioning in Miami’s climate, and we’re sorry if this affected your experience. Nice place!

Overall we had a great experience. Pablo was extremely helpful and responsive! The place was very nice and clean. My recommendations for the property owner would be to upgrade the mattresses in the bedrooms as they are very creaky and uncomfortable. The kitchen could also use a set of pans because there was only one small little frying pan and no cookware aside from pots which made it difficult to make dinners for our family. I do recommend sound machines if you have kiddos because the streets are extremely loud all throughout the night (which we expected). Aside from those minor issues, everything was great! The location is good with easy access to the beach. The room was clean and updated and we were supplied with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, plenty of towels and more. Had a great stay!

Overall, this is unit is ok. It is not terrible, but definitely not great. The condo looks updated in the photos, but the updates were low quality and therefore have not lasted or been maintained. Both bathrooms were quite small for a family of 5. Towels were all older and should be replaced. Some kitchen appliances were old (coffee maker). Also the noise level outside was horrible. Non-stop honking and construction. I think that is because this is an older building and the windows and overall build were not up to todays standards. The pool area was very nice and clean; plenty of lounge chairs available. It would be nice if the building offered lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach to guests.

Nice place, good location

The condo was nice, we had plenty of room for everyone. The only part I didn’t like, which is not the Owner or condo, but the way the building is ran. The strictness of having a mask on throughput and not having any guests. We came in after a day of drinking at the beach and we were probably a little loud, but it was before 8pm. I then got a notice that we had one too many people in our condo. Everyone with us had bracelets. It kind of put a damper on my night. I was aggravated that it would be an issue and also that they bothered the owner who in turn had to bother me about something that was not even an issue. She could have easily asked us in the lobby to show our bracelets. Instead she was just rude and told us to be quiet. If you want a place near the beach and reasonable price, it is worth staying. Just be quiet and don’t have any guests.

Good location, requires some prep to fully enjoy your stay

The property has excellent space (very comfortable for a family of 4 to 6), direct access to the beach, pool, great gym, cafeteria and the hosts are great - very responsive. There is not much around in walking distance, so a rented car is very helpful, which we didn't have and ended up limiting our options, specially under bad weather. Despite fully furnished, with pots & pans, some basic things like salt were not available and required some extra work. Laundry is outside all units and requires a laundry card that initially was not at the unit, but Pablo quickly provided when requested.

Very Clean but very low end

Pots pans and dishes should of been replaced 8 years ago. Bring your own soaps, shampoos, trash bags, salt, pepper, etc. they are not provided, TP that was provided was the bottom basic. washer and drier are pay to use and at the end of the hall. Very low end appliances, You have to pull down on the microwave door to get it to work, no garbage disposal, 2nd bath is very small and 30 years out of date. Traffic noise is very loud late into the night. People smoking on other balconies a lot, and weed too. Parking is more than advertised and you have to rent fobs to get in and out gates and doors Pool was very nice but no swimming after sunset. People saving pool chairs at 7:00 am, rules say not to. Beach chairs were very old and you had to use service elevator to take them to the beach and to bring up food and luggage. Regular elevator, they only allow two at a time in it. Way too many rules.

Pablo Rojas es muy buen anfitrión y diligente en los pocos requerimientos que le hemos hecho, nada importante en realidad. El apartamento era lo que habíamos visto en la página web y fue muy confortable y cómodo. Silencioso, a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente y movimiento. No tengo ningún reclamo negativo.
