The building includes three bedrooms designed for 6 adults and 2 kids can accommodate up to 10 including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and sofa bed, making this welcoming property suitable for all your guests. The property features one bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower (with power massage shower heads), and a hairdryer for your convenience. Enjoy the additional space in the living room, complete with a cozy sofa bed. Other excellent features include a washing machine, iron, heating & Wi-Fi.. Outdoor:
When outdoors, you will enjoy roofed 500 fit deck, solarium, 2 areas with mosquito nets, a gaming room with a 3-in-1 table - pool table, tennis & gaming table, and another gazebo with a sitting area. There is a large kids' playground, an organized fire pit area, a vast outdoor area, a dock, and access to a private canoe/kayak launch (we provide a canoe, one large kayak, two kids' kayaks, and one inflatable paddle boat). A plastic fishing boat is available for an additional price(please, choose administrative fee during booking for fishing kayak or fishing boat) .. At night, enjoy a solar-powered lighting show. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the sunroom near the porch. An extensive collection of safety vests and several safety sets are located in the green shed near the lounges, and you are encouraged to use them. If you have your vest, please bring it, especially for kids. Please store all equipment in the exact location where it was at the beginning of your visit.

Pets:
We allow two pets (dog or cat ) not more than 100 pounds each during your stay, but they must be reported, and an additional cleaning fee must be paid. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Some poop bags can be found on the tree near the playground, and a poop bin is located nearby. You can use our dog's bed under the king bed or in the sunroom. Our dog's water and food bowls are located under the sink. Unreported pets subgect to fine 200$


Difficult Weather Conditions:
During winter, in case of difficult weather conditions, credit/exchange dates or a full refund (depending on the situation) will be provided if cancellation is requested a day before the booking. We encourage you to check the weather conditions before your stay.
Pictures vs. Original:
We constantly update the indoor and outdoor areas, so the pictures may be slightly different from the original.
Mosquitoes/Insects:
We are doing what we can to maintain our property naturally to reduce the population of mosquitoes, but you should use sprays outdoors and keep doors closed.



Garbage Disposal:
Please pay attention, as we have a large wooded area near us, and animals like snakes, turtles, deer, and so on can be around. Make sure to pick up garbage daily and put it in the green bin near the white shed. If there is an excess of waste (more than fits in the green bin), it must be reported a day before the end of your stay so we can arrange extra pickup for an additional charge. The property is checked after each stay, so your deposit will be charged a $200 fine if any garbage is left in the woods. Please use the provided clear bags only for garbage.

Use of Fire Pit:
Please use the fire pit after 8 pm and only if no fire pit ban is in place. You can check for information about fire bans from the local authority at Burn Ban Status and Fire Danger Link or by outdoor signs. Any fines resulting from a fire during a fire ban will be deducted from your deposit.


Essentials:
We provide some essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, but we cannot provide essentials for the entire stay. Towels can be provided for an additional fee at the time of reservation or requested from the host. We encourage you to bring your own essentials or purchase them at a nearby convenience store in Cloyne, 14265 Hwy 41, Cloyne, ON K0H 1K0, or at Foodland in Northbrook. Internet:
We provide Starlink unlimited internet with WiFi. As the area is remote, please ensure you always have maps uploaded to navigate to nearby attractions.


Toys/Inflatable Water Toys/Watercraft:
Please inspect each toy before use. We are not responsible for missing or broken items. All items provided are as a bonus. If you find any broken equipment, please inform us immediately to avoid charges from the deposit. The use of watercraft is your own responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries.
Woods:
Please be aware that the outdoor area is vast. Be cautious and watch your step when walking outdoors. Some tree roots near the playground may be hidden, so please do not encourage your kids to run there. We are not liable for any injuries; you use those areas at your own risk.
Grass Maintenance:
Our maintenance team is doing its best to maintain the outdoor grass as best it can and typically does so during exchange times. However, sometimes, they may need to cut the grass based on weather conditions during your stay. We will do our best to inform you about the grass-cutting schedule.



Flower Areas:
I love flowers and have several areas with flower beds. Please do not step in those areas or throw garbage in them.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, within 15 feet of the house and woods, or near trees. A few bug boxes (on the deck and porch and a black movable bin near the fire pit) have been installed around the cottage. Please do not throw any bugs on the grass.
Fireworks/Candles:
We do not allow the use of fireworks or candles on our property. If found, your deposit will be charged a fine depending on the damage (minimum fine - $200).
Kids:
A kids' crib is in the sunroom or inside a closet on the second floor. Additionally, there is a chair in the sunroom or living room for kids. Kids' plates are set in the kitchen cabinet, and toys are available at the playground in the box. Please return all equipment to its original place.

You can store your boat near the white shed and use one of the boat launches from the list provided here: Boat Launches List.



Parking:
We have space for up to 4 vehicles on our property. Driving or parking on the grass is absolutely prohibited.
Video Cameras/Noise Aware:
The property has video cameras overlooking the parking area and backyard. Any attempt to shut down the cameras during your stay will result in a fine. Noise-aware devices are installed inside and outside to monitor the decibel level to ensure that only the allowed number of guests are on the property. In case of neighbor complaints, we will be able to provide a report. Noise is prohibited from 11 p.m. until 8 a.m.
