This beautiful area of Yucca Valley is called Paradise Valley. You will be located in a residential area however will be far away from and noise and residential lighting.

Conveniently located near downtown Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Pioneertown. Near by attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, Black Rock Hiking Trails, Pioneertown, Pappy and Harriet`s, Downtown Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.

1. Check-In Process:

2. Parking:
- Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size.
- Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway.
- There is NO on-street parking available.
- To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

3. Pets:
- Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee of $65 per pet, up to 2 pets.
- Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.

4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:
- Add up to 2 hours before your check-in or 2 hours after your check-out for $50.
- Half days (10 am arrival or 4 pm departure) are available for 50% of the nightly rate for the blocked night.

5. Deliveries:
- We are unable to accept packages at the homes.
- Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

6. Events/Retreats:
- Approval is required prior to booking for small events within permitting requirements.
- An additional Event fee of $2,500 - $5,000 is required.

7. Photo/Video & Commercial Use:
- Approval is required prior to booking for photo/video shoots and commercial use.
- Guests are welcome to take photos for personal use.
- Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions.
- Production fees starting at $1,500 and up to $5,000 are charged for commercial photography and videography.
- Payment in advance, a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release are required.
- Any guests found conducting commercial shoots without approval will have their reservation canceled.
