A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs. Entertainment is provided by a 65” Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room and a 43” Smart Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, Bar-B Que on the patio or dine at ‘Three Amigas” poolside restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling. In the Lobby of the building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
