Tidewater I 302 - 9/9 thru 9/16/2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Tidewater I-302 three times since 2022. The first stay was great, the second was very good, but our recent 2026 stay was disappointing. There were a number of issues all revolving around insufficient cleaning or aging appliances and furniture. The unit is showing its age and is in need of attention and updating. Specifically, we found the unit not to be very clean. Surfaces and knick-knacks had not been dusted in awhile. The quilt was dirty and had what appeared to be a blood stain on it when we arrived. The sofa was also VERY dirty & uncomfortably worn and the floors were very sandy on arrival. The refrigerator setting could not be adjusted. We lost a lot off food due to it freezing. (Setting was 42 when we arrived. We increased it to 44 then 46 and it made no difference.) The microwave looked clean, but had a distinct odor when using it that smelled like something was burning. (An electrical smell?). The flooring appears to be warping in several areas and is uneven making it tricky to walk on in spots. The barn door on the primary bathroom will not stay closed and there is no latch. There was no colander in the kitchen which became an issue when we cooked pasta one night. We know this is a great unit, it's just showing its age due to wear and tear over the last four years. We love the location and Tidewater in general and hope t come back to I-302, but we won't until it is sufficiently updated.

We loved our stay at Port ‘O Call! The unit was well-appointed. This area of the island is quiet. We will be back!

The property is perfect...from sunrise strolls on the beach to afternoon's at the pool and dinners on the top deck. It was perfect. Such an adorable place. We loved this condo.

Really nice condo. Spacious, quiet, etc… The only complaint was we were expected to run the dish washer prior to checking out and the dish detergent wasn’t supplied. In my mind, if that’s the only issue, this place is great!

Top floor beach view

It was a very nice property with a perfect view of the ocean. The screened in porch was perfect for family meals and relaxing. The 2nd outdoor porch on the floor above gave great views of the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach location

Loved the condo. Very comfortable. Owners need to let you know that pool is closed due to covid. Easy check in, would definitely return.

It was cozy, comfortable, clean and had all the ameneties we needed for the week. We cooked, went to the beach just outside our villa. Explored Sulllivan's Island and Charleston. Ate at delicious restaurants and just enjoyed one another's company. We would go back in a heartbeat!

No Words Can Say Enough!

Wild Dunes could not have been a better setting for our family vacation. The Condo was absolutely perfect. 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths goes a long way with multiple people. The views were amazing and so calming. We were there after Labor Day and after the Hurricane so the resort was not crowded at all. My husband and son golfed everyday. Both courses were well manicured and all the employees were engaging and helpful. I’ll be planning our next visit with the rest of my family and hope to get a golf cart next time to check out the entire island.

You can't beat the views from the screened in porch or the roof top balcony. The condo was modern and had all the amenities that you could need. We loved being so close to the beach and staying at a location that was so peaceful and not too busy. Island Realty was easy to work with and we appreciated their recommendations for beach chairs and umbrellas through a local company. Made our stay at the beach very easy and stress free.
