Our villa is tucked away at the end of a local cul-de-sac, offering complete security, peace, and tranquility. With direct access to a 100% private beach, the setting ensures a truly exclusive and intimate experience.

Unlike much of the Caribbean coast that struggles with seasonal sargassum, our beach remains beautifully clear—thanks to the natural protection of Isla Mujeres. Occasionally, you might see patches of seagrass drifting in with the tide—don’t worry, it’s completely natural and actually a favorite snack for the many sea turtles that call this area home. That’s why you’ll see so many of them here!

Right next to our beach there is a small reef with a variety of fish and other marine life. Snorkeling with them in the morning is the best way to begin your day.

Do you enjoy cooking with fresh herbs? Visit our Sunset Terrace and pick your favorites – aromatic basil, rosemary, mint, or calming lemon balm are all waiting for you! On the terrace, you’ll also find beautiful aloe plants—feel free to cut a fresh leaf and prepare a refreshing, healthy drink, soothe your skin after a sunny day, or even use it as a 100% natural conditioner for your hair. You have full access to the entire apartment, two terraces, garden, and beach area, along with all the available amenities.
Every morning, we practice yoga on the terrace, and it would be wonderful if you could join us. Feel free to use dumbbells, jump ropes, resistance bands, TRX, and other fitness equipment. For those interested, our friendly instructors also offer salsa or fitness lessons. After our morning workout, we invite you to snorkel among thousands of fish at the reef just 10 meters from our beach. If you're in the mood to explore the surroundings on a jet ski, you can start your adventure right from our beach.
Should you require assistance, I would be more than pleased to help you with car or scooter, bicycle rentals, yacht arrangements, excursions, connecting you with local guides, or even arranging kitesurfing or wing foil lessons.

Before doing a reservation, please note that the apartment consists of two separate sections:
The larger section with ocean view, which includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette.
The smaller section without ocean view, which includes two bedrooms (one is a walk-through bedroom connected to the bathroom).
Both sections are connected by a flower-filled sunset terrace, which features a fully equipped kitchen exclusively for guests of this apartment.
Please note that the stairs leading to the third-floor apartment are located on this terrace, and guests accessing the third floor may occasionally pass through the terrace.
