BABCOCK NATIONAL - 1st FLOOR VERANDA , GOLF & GARAGE CONDO Comfortable and inviting - this Babcock National Golf & Country Club, Veranda Style Condo offers 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms, Plus a Den. With 1366 Square Feet of bright & spacious living area, this floorplan is one of our guests favorites. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, A Resort-style Pool w/ Lap Lanes and a Heated Spa.
There is also a Tiki Bar & Grill, a Fitness center & Yoga Lawn, along with a Sauna & a Day Spa, all for your use. (The Clubhouse & Restaurant will be coming in the future) The Babcock Ranch Solar Powered Community offers The Lakehouse Waterfront Restaurant, Slaters Goods & Provisions - Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Store. Within walking distance is the Babcock Ranch Security Office, an amazing 150 Foot Boardwalk & many other small businesses. The weekends bring Live Music & Entertainment, A Farmer's Market & Countless other Social Events, Fairs and Festivals.
