Since we are so centrally located, you will be able to easily access and enjoy many of the best places the Texas Hill Country has to offer, including river access from our property, Canyon Lake (a boat ramp is only minutes away), Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Icehouse, Koozies, historic Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn and the many attractions New Braunfels has to offer, which is 11 miles from the Sky Cabins.

Each Waterfront Sky Cabin comes fully furnished with 1 king-size bed and a couch. It sleeps 2-3 guests. There is 1 parking spot available for each unit. Parking is very tight. Please bring a compact car if possible. We are only able to accommodate up to one vehicle. They also have a stocked kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, electric cooktop, sink, cooking/eating utensils & dishes), private bathroom, Smart TV, and High-Speed Wi-Fi. Outside enjoy your private patio overlooking the Guadalupe River. You can also access charcoal BBQ pits, fire pits, picnic tables, hammocks, and river access on the property!

Many of our guests come here to tube and enjoy the Guadalupe River and take advantage of the ease in which they can access and enjoy the river.

*This cabin is on stilts. It does sway in high winds.

**KAYAKS and TUBES ARE NOT included, but can be rented at nearby outfitters. After a long day of tubing and river fun, many of our guests enjoy relaxing and barbecuing along the banks of the river recounting the day’s excitement. Afterward, you can enjoy the nightlife and many live music venues nearby or hang out with your family and friends on your private deck.

While all of these activities described above are the main reasons many of our guests come to stay, others come for a quick escape from the city to recharge their batteries and enjoy the relaxing sounds of the croaking frogs or chirping crickets at night as they watch for shooting stars in the starlit sky. Whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation, you will find it here.

When booking, a digital Rental Agreement will be sent out and must be signed before check-in.

While linens and bath towels are included in the Unit, daily maid service is not included in the Rental Amount. We suggest you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit under any circumstances.

Below are the outlined fees: a. Non-registered Pet: The charge is $200 per pet & the pet(s) must be removed from the property immediately. b. Broken/Missing Dishes: Up to $100c. Dirty Dishes Left in Unit: $75d. Unit/RV Site left with trash: $75e. Pillow Replacement: $45f. Linen Replacement: Up to $150g. Towel Replacement: $25 each h. There is NO SMOKING in the Unit. If we find any evidence of smoking inside the unit, the Responsible Party will be fined: $200 minimum i. Griddle/Hot Plate Replacement: $80j. HDMI Replacement: $20k. 40-inch TV Replacement: $250l. DVD Player Replacement: $60m. Broken Furniture: Up to $900n. Appliance Replacement: Up to $900o. Pots & Pans Replacement: Up to $100
QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are 11 pm - 7 am Please remember the following guidelines regarding noise: No loud music, loud talking, or excessive noise is permitted after 11:00 p.m. If a tenant violates the quiet hours and a refund needs to be provided to other guests, the tenant will be charged the total amount of the refund. Violators may be asked to leave the property and will not receive any refund.
OTHER RULES: a. Fireworks and open flames are prohibited. Outdoor grilling and marshmallow roasting is allowed only in designated pits. b. Please be respectful of the neighboring cabins/Units and guests as well as neighbors and their property. No trespassing on neighboring properties, it is strictly forbidden .c. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees to avoid freezing the units. d. Our septic system is sensitive! Do not put paper towels, hygiene items, diapers, grease, chemicals, or other harsh items in the toilets or drains due to septic systems. e. There is NO SMOKING in the Unit. If we find any evidence of smoking inside the home, the Responsible Party will be fined $200 (two hundred dollars) minimum. f. $95 Trip fee will be issued to guest(s)/group responsible for not obeying property rules stated here
