This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is nestled in a serene quadruplex just 200 feet from St. Augustine Beach on A1A Beach Blvd. Its prime location is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, surf shops, and bars. It`s also near farmers’ markets and renowned tourist attractions such as Ripley’s, Fort Matanzas, the Ampitheater, the Alligator Farm, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the new food truck park, and the vibrant downtown of St. Augustine. The condo offers an array of beach toys and water sports equipment, including bikes, boogie boards, beach and lawn chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach bags, a beach cart, and a surfboard for guests to use. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and the living room features a large 55” Roku smart TV. The sleeping arrangements include a California king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, and a full-size/twin bunk in the third. The sofa converts into a queen bed with a simple pull, housing extra pillows and linens inside. For those with infants, there is a foldable crib, a pack-n-play, and a high chair. Guests will find a selection of books and games, ample towels (beach towels included), and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, a bar cart, and cocktail accessories. Outside, a tranquil patio adorned with string lights offers a delightful seating area. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Guests may use all spaces. There are 2 locked footlockers in the Master closet that are not for guest use. Everything else is open to guests.
There is a fold up crib, a pack-n-play and a high chair for those with young children. There are many books and games and plenty of towels (including beach) and linens. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities, including a bar cart and cocktail accessories. There is a peaceful outside patio with string lights and fun sitting area. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

PETS: A pet fee of $150 per stay will be applied for each pet, and an additional $150 fee per additional pet. If you have more than one pet, please contact us after booking, and we will send you a request for the additional pet fee. If a pet is not disclosed before your stay, the unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents.
GATHERINGS/PARTIES: This property maintains a strict no-gathering/no-party policy. A gathering or party is defined as any event or social gathering held at the property that involves non-registered guests and disturbs the peace and quiet of the property or its surroundings. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction.
SMOKING: Smoking, including the use of cigarettes and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents. Additionally, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the regular cleaning fee for any violation of this policy.
