1. The building façade has never been a issue by any guest since being with VRBO.. 2. There was no construction debris but cardboard and styrofoam that was stacked at the basement level due to a new tenant that had just move in. and garbage pick up was not schedule until the following week.. 3. She made an error in selecting the apartment for her client. Most of the buildings in this area are walk up townhouses. When you see the listing its very obvious that when you have skylights your on the top floor. The is from NYC and would have expected to have common knowledge of the neighborhoods. and owned townhouse like mine in Brooklyn. 3. The apartment is not suited for guests with disabilities.. I informed the client that this was a walkup. Her guest were elderly and disabled this is an error in judgment for selecting this apartment knowing the the condition of her guest. 4. Brought in an exterminator prior to guest arrival.. However, there were what they call water bugs that come up during heavy rainstorms in a 100year old building. They were found dead which the exterminator advised would happen. 5. The bed has never been a complaint by any previous guest. The problem is that the guest are elderly and disabled which impacted their comfort.. 6. No one has ever complained about the furniture and as to being cheap comment that is a bias comment. 7. Again, no previous guest have complained about the AC. Due to the health conditions of the guest is a contributing factor.. The selection of my unit for the clients guest was inappropriate knowing they were elderly,disabled and just came from the hospital.

This apartment is listed with the basics as detailed in the listing. This is a large loft type unit with minimal furniture. There are 3 large closets with hangers and shelving, providing a guest more than enough space to place their belongings. Ample towels for 3 were provided and upon the guest arrival additional towels were furnished. The guest wanted a reading light, which was provided the day they arrived. Anything the guest requested which was not in the listing was provided.
