The master bed is HORRIBLE! I know it is foam but it feels like sleeping on the floor.The tub drain needs to be snaked. By the time I was done with my shower there was enough water standing in the tub to take a bath.We need hot tub towels or extra shower towels.

Great Location in Keystone

This condo is a perfect property for skiing at Keystone or Breckinridge. The location provides a shuttle to Keystone and is 15-20 min. from Breckinridge. Shopping and restaurants are minutes from this property.

Great location for A-Basin getaway

My family stayed here for a 3 day A-Basin ski trip. The property was super clean and super convenient. The property manager communicated very quickly. We're coming back in April.

Excellent weekend at Soda Springs

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The 1902 unit was a real gem, with high vaulted ceilings that let in an abundance of light, modern and wonderful furniture and bedding, and ideally located. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to have a relaxing, comfortable and modern weekend in Keystone.

Wonderful stay

It was my husband and I in another couple. We are between the ages of 48 and 55. This day is absolutely beautiful conveniently located near the slopes. I loved the fireplace and the hot tub was amazing. We were able to cook and enjoy our steak can’t express that one should stay here again.

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved this condo….very clean and comfortable. Management addressed a problem with the thermostat quickly. The fireplace was cozy. Kitchen was beautiful.

Four of the five heating units on the first floor were inoperable when we arrived. You would think this issue would have been known before we arrived. Two space heaters were provided on day three. The fireplace was fixed and one complete baseboard heating unit was replaced by maintenance. Nevertheless, two heating units remained unfixed by day nine of our stay. The lighting on the unit could also be improved, ass bulbs were not working or of low luminosity. We did enjoy the unit, but were surprised by the failure to ensure the unit was adequately maintained.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was so spacious. It was clean and stocked pretty good. I know this is a new rental and it’s always nice to have some spices and plastic wrap so I would suggest that. The mattress could be replaced also. We will rent this again in the summer. The fireplace is terrible so we wouldn’t rent in the winter. The management company is always wonderful to work with.

Felt like home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister & I were in Keystone for a scrapbooking retreat. We got in ~ 8pm & walked through townhouse to check it out. We proceeded to sit down on the end of the bed only to hear a cracking sound. The platform boards had shifted & dislodged. We tried to try to put them back in place but they kept slipping out of place so we decided to call maint. Adam came right over & put the boards back in place but once we lifted up the mattress we saw it was kind of all messed up. The boards were all jerry rigged with 1x1 pegs to keep them in place which wasn't working & one board in the middle was broken. Adam made a temp. fix for the night but said maint. would be over the next morn. for a more perm. repair. We said 10 & they were there shortly after. When we came back for dinner the maint. guy was just finishing up & left his card (but no name). He definitely made a good repair (replaced all the boards & added something to them so they wouldn’t slip) as the bed felt solid once he replaced the boards! We were very pleased with the speedy response from maint. & the repair. Mattress is a comfortable memory foam & we slept good once the bed was repaired.The kitchen was the best stocked we've seen in a rental! The only thing missing was a pitcher -no biggie as we bought a cheap one to use. The complex is pretty with all the trees/leaves & quiet this time of year. We would definitely stay here again. The hottub is nice-enclosed & outdoor pool is heated. The only downside is you're supposed to bring the towels from the rental to the pool. Not sure why pool towels aren't avail. in each of the rentals. Otherwise you don't have enough towels & need to do laundry. If you don't like stairs just beware there are about 16 stairs to get from the parking lot up to the townhomes & to hottub area. But otherwise, great rental! We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. We liked the high ceilings & made this feel more open/bigger than some of the other typical condo rentals in
