In addition to the four bedrooms (two rooms with a king bed, one room with two twin beds, and one room with a queen bed, each with their own large closet), you will also find a well-stocked kitchen with both a regular and a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, extra appliances like a crockpot, blender, teapot, and a set of pots and pans plus serving ware. Enjoy meals at the dining room table that seats eight and/or the kitchen bar with two stools. If you prefer to pack lightly with a smaller suitcase, no worries, there is a laundry room with washer & dryer and iron for your convenience. All beds have brand new linens and waterproof bedbug resistant encasements on both box springs and mattresses for your safety and peace of mind.

This home boasts Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in each bedroom to keep you comfortable and content. Each bedroom also has either plantatioun shutters or curtains (or both) for your privacy and limitation of natural light when not desired. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, a bathtub, exhaust fans, towel bars/hooks, bathmats, hair dryers, soap, shampoo and body wash along with wash cloths, hand towels, bath towels, and more. In addition to their own full bathrooms, the two king bedrooms have their own private access to the lanai and pool area.

Borrow our bikes (there are four) and/or rent your own to get just about anywhere on the island on two wheels. There are backpack beach chairs, a cooler, and a portable beach umbrella for your day at the beach. Within walking or biking distance to Tigertail Beach and a short drive to mid-island or South Beach parking, this home will have you at the sandy shore in no time! Or stay home and enjoy the day on the lanai swimming or floating in the oversized pool with a shallow and deep end. Southwest exposure will give you prime sunshine during maximum daylight hours to soak up vitamin D and good vibes. The landscaping provides a tall natural barrier (fence) on three sides of the backyard for privacy and tranquility.

In the event that Mother Nature blesses the island with precipitation, we have stocked lots of choices for in-home entertainment including TV shows or movies to watch via your streaming service, several board, card, and dice games, puzzles to complete and books to read. The comfy beds also provide the perfect spot to take a nap during a rain or thunder storm.

Please note there are security cameras (four and the doorbell) on the exterior of this property. These cameras are set up for protection and liability purposes, not to spy on or invade the privacy of guests. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or garage.
