Welcome to The Laurelhurst – a grand, 5-bedroom, dog-friendly farmhouse in Seabrook’s enchanted South Farm District.

Placed on an expanded corner lot with fresh landscaping, The Laurelhurst draws you in from its large wraparound porch and ornamental flowering trees. Once inside, the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas invite you to sit down and stay for a while. You can cook in the gourmet kitchen while onlookers (and fans) sip and snack at the oversized island. After your meal, you all can gather around the gas fireplace with a Smart TV above for stormy nights and the latest Netflix series (or Saturday afternoons and football). Double-glass doors lead you back to the covered porch where you can rock, gaze, and dream under the starry night sky. The covered patio below offers a secluded hot tub where you can enjoy peaceful evenings with good company.

On the upper and lower levels, up to 14 friends and family can peacefully slumber in the four bedrooms + bunk room, and five and-a-half bathrooms. Other highlights of this stylish farmhouse at the beach include a media room on the lower level for entertaining, gaming, or cozying up. There’s conveniently a washer and dryer to toss in sandy beach towels or ready yourself (and clothes) for the week ahead.

The 85-degree Sunrise Pool and Exercise Facility is just up the road from The Laurelhurst. Town center, with its boutique shops and assorted restaurants, is only a 10-minute walk from your quiet farm retreat. Once you peruse Market Street and town center, the long stretch of glorious shoreline is only a 3-minute stroll away.
