Another parking option is also available in front of the garage. There is also free & metered street parking, but it gets filled up fast usually as we’re walking distance to the beach, downtown Manhattan beach and pier.

Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy convenient access to the garage and an additional designated parking spot outside. Enter through the main door, where a staircase guides you to the first and second levels.



On the first floor, you’ll find a beautifully furnished bedroom featuring a luxurious full-sized bed, with a full bathroom located right next door for easy access. This room also includes a private door connecting directly to the garage, offering an alternate entry point to the home.



Make your way to the second floor, where the oversized master suite awaits. This relaxing space includes a cozy fireplace, a dedicated sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Adjacent to the primary suite is another generously sized bedroom with a queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom.



The third floor showcases the heart of the home. A thoughtfully updated kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and meal preparation, encourages culinary creativity. The adjoining living and dining areas provide ideal gathering spaces for enjoying meals, conversations, and shared moments. The open floor plan features newer hardwood floors throughout the common spaces and bedrooms, adding warmth and elegance. The bright Great Room includes its own fireplace and offers serene ocean views. Step out onto the tranquil balcony to take in the breeze and breathtaking coastal scenery.

This home blends luxury and practicality, creating the perfect environment for a rejuvenating stay by the ocean.

Check-In Process

Before arrival, all guests are required to complete our company’s check-in forms to ensure a smooth and secure process. We also partner with a trusted third-party insurance provider offering optional property damage protection and background checks. Your participation is optional, and your privacy remains our top priority.



Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Because our cancellation policies remain firm, travel insurance can help safeguard your reservation against unexpected disruptions.



Construction Notice:

There is ongoing construction next door near the balcony side. While city noise ordinances are enforced, please be aware of potential daytime noise.

House Rules



• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am to maintain a peaceful environment.

• No Events or Loud Music: For the comfort and respect of our neighbors, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation may access the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted at any time.

• Non-Smoking Home: Smoking, vaping, incense, and candle use are strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks.

• Pet Policy – Dog-Friendly: With prior approval, well-behaved dogs are welcome. A $350 pet fee per approved dog applies. Approval is required before booking. (No cats allowed.)



Safety Equipment

Do not remove, alter, cover, or tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Tampering with life-safety devices is illegal and may result in fines of up to $10,000, immediate cancellation without refund, and full responsibility for repair costs.



Smoking Violations

Any sign of smoking indoors will result in smoke-remediation fees in addition to cleaning charges and any related damages.



Extra Cleaning Fees

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Examples include confetti or glitter, stains, heavy sand, spills, trash left out, or any mess requiring extended cleaning time.



Upon Departure



Our cleaning team prepares the home promptly for the next guests, so it is essential to follow the designated checkout time. Late checkout must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

Guests who fail to follow house rules, checkout guidelines, or cancellation policies may forfeit the ability to leave a public review.



Booking Policies



• Age Requirement: Guests under 25 may need additional host approval.

• Review Requirement: Guests with limited reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to host review or denial.



Long-Term Stays



For reservations of 30 nights or longer, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will also be scheduled to maintain comfort and cleanliness throughout your extended stay.



Agreement & Liability



By booking, guests acknowledge agreement with all house rules. Guests accept responsibility for their personal safety during the stay and understand that the host is not liable for lost or forgotten belongings. Guests also agree that the host or maintenance team may enter the home with 12 hours’ notice for urgent repairs or required maintenance.

We expect all bookings to be made in good faith and discourage attempts to harm the host’s business due to dissatisfaction.

This is a fairly nice home in a central locationHowever it’s very uphill and parking is very tight so not good for everyone or big cars. Had a major issue with Melissa when I asked to have 5 family members over on a Sunday afternoon for a bday lunch. She refused to allow more than 3 of my family members for even a couple hours. It really ruined our trip as I had family in Laguna and Encinitas that wanted to get together and relax on the deck and she refused to allow 10 of us (5 renting and 5 for lunch) to quietly gather from 12-3pm. She claimed it was a permit issue. It’s unfortunate as we liked the place but because of this will never book her property again.
