Unsere renovierten gemütliche Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in der Nord-Zentral-Bulverde Village, einer sehr sicheren Gegend. In der Nähe von TPC-Golfplatz. Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer plus Büro mit Futon ist auf 4-5 Personen beschränkt. Queen-Size-Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern mit einem großen Futon im Bürobereich. Ein Baby-pac n spielen und Booster-Stühle stehen zur Verfügung. W-LAN. 46 'Zoll-HDTV im wichtigsten Bereich sowie Flachbild-TV im Schlafzimmer. DVD Spieler. Professionell mit extra Aufmerksamkeit auf die frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche gegeben gereinigt.

Die northside Lage macht es bequem zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in San Antonio über Autobahnen und wir sind das Tor zu den viele schöne kleine Städte in der Hill Country. Sie können auch einen Tagesausflug zum Strand von North Padre Insel und Corpus Christi stellen in 3-3 1/2 Stunden Fahrzeit. Der Gemeindepark steht Ihnen mit Spielgeräten und einem riesigen Sandkasten, Volleyballnetze, Basketballplatz und Wanderwege zur Verfügung.

A Home Away From Home

This house didn't feel like a rental, it truly was a home away from home. From the thoughtfulness of the host, the location of the property and the perfection of the house, we wouldn't change a thing about our stay. We will definitely book this property for future stays in San Antonio.

We rented this house for a convenient place for out of town family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house was as cute and cozy as advertised, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect House

This house was a wonderful location for us as we visited our daughter and family who live close by. The home is perfectly maintained and was very clean. In this time of COVID they even had multiple bottles of hand sanitizer and some face masks in the house. The house was well supplied with anything the renter may need including shampoo. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all questions. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. The photos show exactly what is in the home. We will definitely rent there again.

Great Home near TPC San Antonio

This home was very clean and well maintained. We came for a golf tournament for my teen daughter. The hose is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is stocked with all supplies and amenities you would need. It is one of he best VRBO houses we stayed at. The owners were very nice and even allowed us to do a late checkout as our flight was leaving later in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay.

At the end of July we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. The house was welcoming, well organized and extremely clean. It was clear that much care and thought had been put into this property, and there are little touches everywhere designed to make visitors feel at home. The house is spacious and the neighbourhood is quiet. We particularly loved the access to the garage, the layout of the home, and the access to laundry facilities. This is, without a doubt, one of the best properties I've stayed at and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay!

This was a very cozy stay! The house was very neat and clean. It’s in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. When we first pulled up I wasn’t able to open the document for access information and Judy answered immediately. She’s very personable and concerned that we were taken care of while there. My flight back home was an evening flight and she even allowed me to checkout after 12. There are very neatly posted instructions and entrance book that answers any question you might have. There are maps and brochures that provide lots of activity and location information. I highly recommend this property! We didn’t bring children but noticed they have plenty of toys and games for families and children of any age. I can’t speak highly enough. You won’t be disappointed when renting this house. I would definitely rent it again and refer friends and family. Thanks Judy!

Great host & Home

During our vacation we stayed in 2 different locations, both booked through HomeAway. Our first stop in Fredericksburg was very disappointing because the house was old, it was on a very busy street & the furniture was extremely uncomfortable...so we were both a bit concerned about what our 2nd reservations would be like when we got there but this home exceeded our expectations. Judy Berg was a wonderful host. before we made the reservation right up to when we left. She answered all my questions, & being a newbie to HomeAway I had a lot of questions. Check in was easy & we were able to check in early. The house was immaculate when we arrived & shortly after we arrived the cleaning lady, Maria, stopped over to welcome us. My husband & I were very happy with the home & the location which was convenient to restaurants & grocery stores. The house was clean, beautifully decorated & it was well stocked with just about everything. Judy had a binder filled with information about the house & local attractions, restaurants, etc. Their office was filled with travel information for the area as well. They did a better job of making you feel welcome & providing you with information around the area than any hotel we have been to. Great host & home!

Clean and comfortable

We arrived to a clean and comfortable home. Beds were ready and chocolate in a bowl! Our hostess was very helpful and attentive. The house was well stocked especially for families with small children. There were helpful hints posted discreetly around the house to help you use the amenities. I wouldn’t plan for an adult to sleep on the futon but my seven-year-old thought it was fine.

beyond expectations

Beautiful home outfitted for anything you need to make your vacation complete. Not only did they have all the necessary cooking pans but they had spices and bags to store left overs. No need to visit a visitor center because the "office" room had pamphlets for activities in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Michael and Judy were the best part of our experience. They responded immediately to any questions we had and even checked in with us after our first night to see if we needed anything. Every appliance has a note next to it on how to operate. This was an organized house with responsive and caring owners.

Excellent Experience, Excellent Stay

My wife and I and our 1 year old daughter had the best experience we could ever have wished for in San Antonio. The owners, Judy and Michael have gone way out of their way to make their guests comfortable when they stay here. We were amply supplied. The location is great, quiet and relaxing. I must add the use of the garage was a great convenience and it made us feel like we were still at home. We will definitely stay at this place again if we happen to go back to San Antonio for a purpose similar to the one that took us there 2 weeks ago. We stayed there for 2 weeks and each day was awesome.

Home Away from Home

We were 100% pleased with this property. It was clean and obviously well cared for. I appreciated the owner's special notes placed around the home; it shows a commitment to providing that "home away from home". This is absolutely the ideal place for a stay in San Antonio Texas. We cooked meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Having a laundry room was such a huge welcome. Beautiful and well kept!

We definitely recommend this home! Judy has thought of everything her guests might need. The house is very clean and there are notes around the house letting you know how certain things work which is very helpful 😊. We were close to all the main attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

You will feel you are home as all areas set up comfortably. It is one story and features a walk in shower which makes it helpful for semi handicapped people. A garage door remote is provided so you can drive into the garage and enter without steps.
