Well, this is awkward… we ordered the ocean, and it clearly didn’t show up for your stay. Rude. 🌊 All jokes aside, we’re really sorry the view didn’t cooperate and that your upstairs neighbors apparently trained for a midnight furniture-moving marathon. That’s not exactly the peaceful getaway we aim for. We do try to be upfront that ocean views aren’t guaranteed, it's in the listing—but we completely get how disappointing that can feel when you’re already picturing your best “staring dramatically into the horizon” moment. As for the noise, that’s something we take seriously, and your feedback helps us keep improving the experience for future guests (and possibly invest in anti-stomp technology… still in beta). We do wish we’d heard from you during your stay—had we known, we would’ve jumped in to help right away or explored options to make things more comfortable. We never like missing the chance to fix something in real time. We appreciate you staying with us and giving it to us straight.
