Lovely home in country setting nestled on a hill overlooking creek and greenbelt

Our home is the perfect place for the trip to Muskogee to visit family and friends, or someone wanting to visit the sites in Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas. For sightseeing day trips Tulsa is a quick 45 minutes away, and Oklahoma City a two-hour drive. Ft. Gibson Lake and Lake Eufaula recreational areas are within thirty minutes. There are four additional lakes within an hour and one half, and another hour gets you to Beaver Lake in Arkansas and Lake Texoma on the Texas border.

The open floor plan has a sectional sofa with five recliners, two comfortable leather chairs, a 75-inch television, and internet service. There are three bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds. A queen air mattress is available and will comfortably fit in the living room to accommodate two more guests. The "green room" as we call it is a screened in room accessible from the kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom. You can sit there to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature or go out onto the decks to feel the breeze and have a BBQ. The backyard is fenced with a pet being allowed after discussion with the owners. We typically have dozens of types of birds and lots of wildlife. There is ample area to park smaller travel trailers or boats. A place to park larger vehicles could be arranged.
The house is on a dead-end street with the only traffic usually being our three neighbors. However, you would be within three to five minutes to Walmart, other retailers, and restaurants. It's like being in the country but only minutes from anything else you might need.

If you are needing more time than a typical vacation stay, we are open for discussing longer lengths of time. People such as visiting doctors and nurses, someone who might have the need to be close to the medical facilities for a few weeks, or someone transitioning from one house to another and needing a place to stay while everything gets completed are just some of the situations that could come up. With the Veterans Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital here in Muskogee plus facilities in Tahlequah and Tulsa our house would be a convenient location. We would gladly discuss your need with you.
For those who would be flying in the Tulsa International Airport is 45 minutes away, Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City is two hours, and Northwest Arkansas National Airport in Bentonville is an hour and 45 minutes away. There are so many things to do and see the list is too great to enter here.
