The space
Our stunning property features 7 bedrooms, a spacious loft, and 6 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 22 guests comfortably. With two large living rooms and 4 inviting glass rooms, our home is designed for both relaxation and fun. The open floor plan allows for abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

room with a climbing wall, arcade machines, monkey bars, and a gaming
area—perfect for kids and adults alike!
✔ Entertainment Areas: While the kids are entertained, adults can unwind in

table, shuffleboard, and bar area.

** Prime Location**
Our home is located right on Hidden Valley Mountain, offering convenient Ski-In/Ski-Out access. We’re just 10 minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, making it easy to hit the slopes! Plus, our location provides easy access to a variety of Laurel Highlands outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, tubing, kayaking, swimming, and more. Per hidden valley foundation rules, each house is limited to 10 people per pool at any given time. Guests are welcome to take turns as needed. Please note that there are two pools within the development.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
