Enjoy this 4 BR Lake House full of charm and ambiance, with interior wood siding and trim, two levels of entertaining space and comfortable lake inspired furnishings. The primary bedroom, off the kitchen, offers a King master and en suite, with 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 offers two sets of twin bunk beds, and the 4th Bedroom offers a full sized bed. There are two family rooms; the lower family room walks out to a detached, covered grilling patio, and the upstairs family room has a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping room while overlooking the screened-in porch. The large, full open kitchen for entertaining as well as the screened in porch offer all the comforts and modern entertaining conveniences friends and families need for a relaxing lake getaway.

This house was perfect for our visit. Right next to the boat ramp, area to park the boat over night and ample parking. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space to relax after a long day on the water.

House was great, lots of room. Very close to the water and a few minutes boat ride to Conley Bottom. We had three boats with our group and not enough parking on the property. We were able to park near ramp and leave two trucks and boats there , so not an issue. All the docks on the boat ramp were private and locked, so you have to pull up to the edge of the bank. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Neighbors were not friendly about where we parked on the property. We had to move a few rocks to make a turn, that we moved back and the neighbors ripped us a new one. Owners were great and easy to communicate with. House was well stocked.

Mitch's father had a lake house in this neighborhood, and he grew up visiting White Oak on the weekends as a young kid. We love this community due to its central location on the Lake, proximity to Conley Bottom Marina and access to the water. There is no neighborhood in Lake Cumberland that has the private access to the water. Without a doubt the best place to have a lake home!

Dock Street Retreat has so many special amenities, but the waterfront location and proximity to boat slip, boat ramp and water is the best Cumberland has to offer. The wood paneled sunroom and screened in porch are also great characteristics of this home. Dock Street is also home to many fishing enthusiasts due to the optimal proximity to national fishing tournaments, seasonally. So whether you’re a weekend boater or a professional fisherman, Dock Street is the highest rated rental for the “Lake Life” we all love and enjoy.
