The space
peaceful and quiet sit on a dirt road easy access in and out. 10 minutes away from the paint mines 20 minutes away from Air Force Academy pikes peak cog railway and under other wonderful things to visit
Guest access
we have private parking which is designated right in in front of our garage keeping about 8 ft to the left of the trash can it's always good to face your car outwards and case there is snow storm or an emergency and have to get out fast easy and easy out we also have a circle drive where you can circle around our property and come back out if you have trailers such as a horse trailer or a travel trailer. we have a wonderful hot tub that you can set and relax inn
During your stay
we love to interact with our guests and at least tell them hello in person but we are also respectful of other people's needs and desires if they need privacy. always welcome to share the best restaurants and exciting places to visit. always want to encourage people to go to Peyton the town there's wonderful historical buildings there a farmers market a crafting area and a wonderful coffee shop with delicious food
Other things to note
very important to remember drink plenty of liquids you are in a high altitude dry desert climate! high altitude sickness is a reality! weather can be very iffy in the winter time it's always important to try to be prepared with winter gear boots and maybe snow chains always stay in communication with us we will help in any way we can.
