This condo is prominently located on Lake Powell and is super close to the beach. Solis 203 is a 2 mile drive to the famous 30A and a 12 minute drive to Pier Park in Panama City beach. There are many areas for shopping, dining and of course our emerald beaches.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
If there are pets brought to this condo without permission it will result in a fine and extra cleaning fee, as well as immediate eviction of property.
And absolutely no smoking inside the condo.

Home layout-
One Queen size bed in the bedroom, one bathroom in hallway, a pack-n-play to set up in any room of your choice. Open concept living area that sleeps 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses and a keurig machine. This unit is perfect for a couple with a baby or very small child.
Solis 203 is situated on the second floor in a condo building, directly above your covered parking space. Please be advised there is NO ELEVATOR in this building.
Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

There is a boat ramp and fishing dock on site.
Unit has high speed internet and 2- 62” Smart TVs.
