SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit of AED5000 (or equivalent in USD, EUR) will be collected on the day of arrival in cash and returned on the day of departure after property inspection. Please note that it can be accepted via bank transfer with a non-refundable charge of 3% or with a payment link with a non-refundable charge of 7% (only VISA and MASTER CARD will be accepted)

HOUSE RULES:
House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking is not allowed. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

LICENSES & FEES:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai`s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department.
Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.
