Tenerife Lizards- apartment in the first line

Callao Salvaje is a town in southern Tenerife, 25 minutes by car from the airport (TFS), 10 minutes from the Siampark water park. 30-40 minutes to the Parador below Pico del Teide.
SUENO AZUL is a complex located in the first line from the ocean in a place where housing can no longer be built at the moment (on the cliff itself) mostly inhabited by people all year round. About 10 minutes (maybe less) on foot to Ajabo beach. Only a few flats in the complex are for rent. The complex is surrounded by nature, the sound of the sea mixed with the singing of birds-something amazing. From the terrace there is a view of Gomera as well as el Hierro and La Palma.
Below- the Beach Club with a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a good restaurant. With the subscription we have made available to guests- free entry.
Our APARTMENT is a large 80 square metre flat with over 20 metres of terrace facing the ocean. Here, nothing can obstruct our full view of Gomera, el Hierro and La Palma and the boats passing in the distance or sometimes dolphins and pilot whales (short-finned grindwalas).
From the communal area, through the front door we enter the huge living room with kitchen. A wall of sliding windows from the living room to the terrace provides unobstructed views of the ocean. One of the two bedrooms has the same windows. A wonderful place to sleep and relax.
Two bedrooms, each with a large double bed provide comfortable space for 4 people. Two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area.

From the morning the sun operates on the interior/entry terrace (in the common area), in the afternoon on the ocean side. At any time of day, depending on the mood, we have a shaded or sunny terrace.
There are pubs in the area, no discos, rather a village for families with children and the elderly. A large shopping centre is about 1.5 kilometres away.
The specific microclimate means that the sun shines here in every season. On more than one occasion, the sun was shining and people were sunbathing, while 2 kilometres away it was cloudy and pouring. At a time when continental Europe lacks sunshine, here it is plentiful.
