**Pool Heating**: Spa heating is included year-round, but pool heating (available November 1 to March 1) requires prior approval at $100 per day. Please remember our pool is very large compared to most “spools” in the area.
- **Occupancy**: Maximum of 10 guests, including children. Strict enforcement of occupancy rules per city permit.
- **Pets**: One dog allowed with prior notification. No puppies under 6 months. Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive pet messes.
- **Parking**: Garage and driveway accommodate up to 4 vehicles. No overnight street parking or large vehicles allowed (including no Sprinter vans).
- **Quiet Hours**: 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM to 8 AM Friday-Saturday. Strictly enforced by city regulations.
- **Festivals**: During festival weekends, the guard gate may have long wait times, to make your stay more enjoyable, early check-ins may be available to accommodate this for a fee, please inquire. *Subjective to availability*.

**outdoor space**
Please close and tie all umbrellas when not in use. There are heavy gusts of wind at times in Indio (even when it doesn’t appear windy) and umbrellas are easily broken/launched into the lake if not closed.

*Surveillance and recording devices**
Please note there are cameras facing front parking, side yard, and the yard and pool area for your safety as well as ours. There are no cameras inside any private areas or inside the home. The doorbell may also include a camera. All cameras are recording during your stay for your safety as well as our own.

Neighborhood: Please note that Terra Lago is a family neighborhood where many people reside. We kindly ask that you be mindful of this and respect peoples right to enjoy their home and neighborhood. Please no speeding. There are frequently children at play. When entering you must obey the speed limit. This is important and fines start at $250 to up to $5000 that will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Guard Gated Community
We allow 10 guests which includes children and adults. Please do not exceed this. Bringing more than 10 guests WILL result in cancellation without refund to reservation as it is a violation of our city license. All guest names are REQUIRED to be provided in advance for entrance into the guard gated Terra Lago Community. You are required to furnish Identification (driver’s license, passport) at the gate for verification of identity. If you arrive without ID there are no refunds for your stay if you are denied entry.

Parking: There is no street parking in the neighborhood overnight. Fines begin at $750 and will be assessed to the renter. You may park in the garage and driveway (4 spaces maximum). There are no commercial vehicles, RV’s or Sprinter vans allowed at any time.

LAKE USE: All fishing is suspended on the lake currently and fines begin at $350. Please do not fish! There is absolutely no swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or any other activity allowed on the lake for short term rental guests. Swimming can be hazardous to your health. Fines are assessed regularly by the community for these behaviors and guests agree to pay any fines assessed for their behavior during their stay by agreeing to rental.

REFUNDS: No refunds are given outside of the cancellation window. We advise you to purchase travelers’ insurance to cover trip interruption.

Come experience the 8-foot-deep saltwater pool, 14-person spa, natural gas in ground fire feature that illuminates the lake beautifully at night, putting green, lounge area, daybed, and lawn games. Dine alfresco with the outdoor dining table that seats 10 comfortably, and BBQ for cooking outdoors. We pride ourselves on bringing you a well-stocked home with everything you could possibly need to have a rejuvenating and relaxing experience! Watch fish, turtles, ducks in the lake however please do not feed wild animals or disturb them. Please note fishing is no longer allowed anywhere in Terra Lago. You can spend your days lounging on one of the 6 chaise loungers, outdoor daybed, in pool chairs, or custom designed mid-century modern seating area.

Please note that pool maintenance comes on Mondays and Thursdays and gardening services on Thursdays, and they do enter the exterior area of the property for service. * Days are subject to change *


Kitchen amenities: basic dining flatware, drink ware, dinnerware, and serve ware for both indoors and melamine for outdoors. Plenty of wine and champagne glasses, margarita glasses, etc. Full sets of cookware, cooking utensils, and accessories (can opener, wine openers, measuring equipment etc.).We also provide an upscale espresso maker, Keurig and coffee maker for you to enjoy any type of morning coffee that you desire. We provide many other cooking essentials and many small kitchen appliances.

Home supplies: You will have ample beginning supplies of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen cleaning, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc. for your stay. We provide all linens, towels and pool towels. We keep our house extremely well stocked, too much to list. Please ask us if you have questions regarding the availability of a specific appliance or amenity.
