Great location - you can’t do better. So many restaurants close and the metro is also close by. The unit is nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Do note that this unit in a downstairs unit with small windows and no ‘view’. It is very quiet and comfortable so it was great for us

Wonderful location near restaraunts and the the National Mall. We took Ubers for our Capital, Monuments, and Museum tours. The apartment was very clean and just as advertised. The property owner was onsight and very accomodating. He even gave us a key to get in after VRBO folks did not send the key info. Think VRBO contacts could have provided more timely follow up.

Great for long weekend

My husband, twin 12 y/o’s, and I enjoyed this space for our long weekend to show the kids our capitol. The location is fantastic and a great place to walk around and see DC beyond the mall. The flat was comfortable and provided everything we needed.

We stayed four nights and found the neighborhood to be excellent. Close to Metro red line, very clean, had everything we needed. Owner introduced himself first day, very nice and lots of great places to eat close by as well. Would recommend.

Museum trip with my two college-aged kids

I wanted to take my two college-aged kids, who were on spring break, to Washington, D.C., to visit the museums. This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and inviting. The owner stopped by the first evening to greet us, and he was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location was very close to the train station. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

Great stay at Dupont Circle

This was an excellent place to stay. The location was perfect. Great communication from property management which lead to securing a parking pass on the street for our entire stay without added costs! It was storming when we arrived and the umbrella waiting for us in the foyer was a great added touch. It had Plenty of space for me and my daughter. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

I was nervous about staying in a basement property, but we loved it. We didn’t look as much like tourists since we were in a neighborhood instead of hotel-row. The tea shop next door and restaurants on the corner were very handy. The place was very clean and tidy. It was in a great location one block from DuPont Circle Metro stop. We loved it.

Location location location!

My bestie and I were visiting DC to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. This VRBO was perfect for us, two bedroom two bath, nice little living room and adequate kitchen. Beds were very comfortable! The location was primo to a metro stop and very walkable to several local restaurants and shops as well as a CVS. Heating system is a little weird, but nothing is perfect and it would not stop me from staying there again in the future.

Perfect location

This location is great. Just steps from restaurants, the metro and stores. You’ll feel like a local staying in the upscale neighborhood. There are no stairs to climb. Just a step or two so access is easy. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The layout is spacious. We look forward to returning. (The owner lives above and came down and introduced himself and offered tips about the local farmer’s market and Christmas market)

Amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy access. Street Parking with no problem. It’s a basement unit but doesn’t really feel like it’s in the basement. The owner lives above and checked in on us which was very sweet. We were able to get in touch with the manager with ease. Everything was great. We would endorse this place without hesitation.

A spacious DC stay right next to Connecticut Ave!

We stayed here for a work conference and it was lovely! We had our own rooms and bathrooms and a lot of space to work. It was only a 9 minute walk up Connecticut to get to the Washington Hilton, but we were distracted every morning by how much there was around us to do! We walked to dinner every night, and felt quite safe, since we were so close to the main road. The key was kind of tricky to get out of the box, but we were probably just excited to finally get to the apartment. We will definitely recommend this for other coworkers traveling to DC again. Thank you for a lovely, clean, and spacious place to stay!

Great apartment in a great location

The rental property was great and located just a couple of blocks from Dupont Circle. The location is nearly perfect, with a huge variety of restaurants nearby, as well as the Phillips Collection art museum. A red line metro stop is at Dupont Circle, with easy access to downtown. The rental was very comfortable with good quality furnishings. The kitchen, though small, was well-equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The company managing the property was excellent and very responsive. When I messaged with questions, they got back to me in minutes. The owner, who lives above the rental, is also very nice and let us know how to contact him if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location!!

This basement location was perfect for our long weekend stay in DC. The Metro, the restaurants, all within steps. Great communication by host and management property. The beds were comfy for us grandparents and the large dining table great for our breakfasts each morning. We were able to pack less because we had access to a washer and dryer. If you have room and plan to cook, bring measuring cups/spoons. Kitchen has minimal utensils. Also, if you are uncomfortable with small spaces, the primary shower is tiny. The water pressure is really low, too. However, the secondary bathroom is a great option. We couldn’t get over the great location!

Great spot for your typical DC tourist visit

We were quite impressed with the overall quality of this basement apartment. It was a lot more spacious and had a lot more natural light coming in than we thought. For starters, it’s situated in a super nice and convenient to literally everything neighborhood. The whole area is architecturally beautiful. The metro right down the street is super convenient. So is the delicious breakfast/gelato spot a few doors up CT Ave. Back to the dwellings: super safe. Very spacious two bedroom apartment with a small but well-appointed kitchen, a washer/dryer, a nice dining room and a decent living space. I wished the sofa was a bit more comfy after walking all over this town! I liked that renters were asked to leave their shoes in the entryway, no one needs to bring city dirt in. We got really hot at night and the Dyson fans are a nice addition but they move warm air and we wished we had better control of our apartment thermostat. (Coming from a person who managed a short-term rental vacation home for 15 years) overall: for a small family or a couple of friends, this is a fantastic spot. door up on CT Ave.
