Ihre Familie wird dieses 4. Stock 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit voller Aussicht auf das Meer auf den Norden und Osten lieben.

Viel Platz für Ihre Familie und reduzierten Preisen aufgrund der ersten Saison haben die Eigentümer entschieden, um zu mieten.

Mehr als genug Sitzgelegenheiten in den Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem neuen 60-Zoll-Flachbild. Die Küche ist komplett bestückt und selbstverständlich bieten wir Ihnen die Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Der Meister hat ein eigenes Bad und ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist auch ein Doppelbett, während das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Dies ist ein Eckgrundstück mit zwei Balkonen und zwei Französisch Balkon.

Im Mietpreis enthalten ist eine einmalige Reinigung nach Verleih und ein Paket, das beinhaltet: Betten mit Lieferung von Bettwäsche (Spannbettlaken und oberste Blatt für jedes Bett und Schlafsofa) Handtücher (8 Handtücher, 3 Handtücher, 6 Waschlappen und machte Küchentücher): Bar Seife, Handseife mit Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel versorgt zusammen.

Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien und natürlich all die alltäglichen Geräten bestückt.

Etwas über unser Gebäude Arcadian II

Wir sind ein kleiner Hochhaus; Yep nur 6 Eigentumswohnungen pro Etage. Keine langen Wartezeiten für den Aufzug. Kein morgens liefen, um Ihren Liegestühlen am Pool zu speichern. Diese Fragen sind nie ein Problem in unserem Gebäude haben wir jede Menge Liegen und große Aufzüge. Oh, und keine schlechten Standorten in diesem Gebäude, wie alle am Meer.
Der Tennisplatz steht die meiste Zeit, aber wenn nicht, können Sie es buchen.
Unsere Hecktür ist nur 25 Meter vom Strand entfernt! Großer Parkplatz mit Räumen am Eingang! Bellmen Carts durch die Eingangstür, damit Sie Ihr Gepäck in die und aus.

Arcadian Shores Abschnitt ist genau zwischen Myrtle und North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Unsere Adresse ist in Myrtle Beach, aber ein wenig abseits von den Massen. Wenn Sie die Massen gelegentlich Restaurant Row mag beträgt 2 Minuten. Barefoot Landing ist ein 5-minütige Fahrt und Broadway am Strand etwa 15 Minuten.

Myrtle friends trip

We were pleasantly surprised with the area where the condo is located. Check-in was a breeze and security personnel were very helpful and nice. The condo was as described, spacious and well-equipped. The appliances were older models but worked great! Very quiet location, which was wonderful for a group in their 60s. We had no issues while there. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our visit.

Spacious, comfortable, great location and beach, but not well appointed.

We found the condo's LR furniture uncomfortable with soiled slip covers. The kitchen was unorganized and not "user friendly" with dirty dishes and utensils in cabinets, no large trash bags, a dish towel that looked like it had been used as a cleaning rag and a wash cloth for a dish cloth. I won't even describe the electric range. :-( Major issue when the hall bathroom toilet over flowed. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. Didn't know what to make of the "balled-up" bed dust ruffle and comforter on the floor of the MBR closest floor. Most of my disappointments are of the house keeping variety as I expected the decor to be "tired" from the pictures on the website.

Sorry about the slipcovers; late check out so we did not have time to wash. We spot cleaned them but obviously not well enough. I guess we will have to check the dishes etc in the cabinets as the renters put them back after using the dishwasher. We keep plenty of extra supplies for customer re-stocking on the floor of the hall closet. God Bless

Great Condo

The view from the room is fantastic. The room itself was great! Clean, stocked, tastefully decorated. I couldn’t find the hair dryer so I bought one and left it for future guests… no biggie. We had one issue arise and Frank was kind and immediately took care of it. I would love to stay here again in the future.

My family loved this property and the view well you have to see it to believe it. Only downfall were the kitchen appliances needs to be updated. But honestly I don’t go to beach to do a lot of cooking…lol! Definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will get the chance to stay here next year!

Quiet Neighborhood, Great Beaches

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. Entrance into the condo was easy and the security guards gave a great sense of security after dark. The unit itself was a little dated. The plush carpeting was a surprise and posed some issues for my wife who has a bad knee and ankle. Everything else was great. We, unfortunately, had to cut our vacation short because of the coronavirus. We will certainly consider this proparty with our next vacation

The place was very clean, but dated. The room with the 2nd king size, blind was broke and closets were crowded with extra house hold items that took up space, plus had to buy hangers. Owner was very responsive to some items needed, such as trash bags. Complex was very nice, and even had a great cookout lunch for the 4th! Great location!

Fun in the Sun

The location was perfect. The view of the beach outstanding. It was easy access to the beach. The condo itself needs updating. The bedroom closets were filled with junk. Wasn't able to store luggage in the closets. Bedroom windows were missing some verticals. The kitchen cabinets were filled with a lot of stuff. Inside the cabinets were dirty. We had to keep the food and items we bought with us on the counter. Aside form this we had a great time. The location was perfect for what we wanted. It is just minutes to restaurants and attractions.

Peaceful beachfront stay

This was a great condo in a great location. That first morning waking up to the view of the ocean was just “wow”. The condo was clean and spacious. The beach at the location was quiet. If you want a little more action, you are only a short drive to the boardwalk.

This condo was a bit dated but very clean. It was plenty of room for my family. The only thing I would suggest is updating some of the kitchenware. It seemed as if it was a hogpog of things that were thrown into it and not really organized. The beach was beautiful and we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. It was nice to have a place to store your beach stuff on the bottom floor that way we didn’t need to haul it up to the condo everyday. While we were there one of the handles broke on the slider and Frank was very prompt getting it replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent manager, old out-of-date condo

The location is excellent! Nice building with a lot of permanent residents (some of whom - not all - seem to resent the renters). This condo seems lost in time without acknowledging wear and tear over the years, nor the need to update anything. The decor is old "beach" rattan and the furniture is covered with ugly slipcovers that really need cleaning. The kitchen and baths are old and have not been renovated. They are also very small. We had problems with a toilet and the air conditioning which the manager tried to take care of promptly, but it was always the next day, so we had to endure. Finally he had to move us as the A/C could not be fixed and the temperature in the condo was over 85 degrees. It did get a new A/C for future guests. The most positive thing I can say is that the beds were very comfortable and slept well. I would not recommend this condo unless serious renovation is done.

Awesome view and very nice

We just got back from what was planned as a 5 night stay. We found it to be very clean with lots of room for the 5 of us. It was very quiet except for the sound of the ocean of course when we went out on the nice balcony which we loved. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need including a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip type. There was even a blender. The dishwasher was very quiet and worked well. We like the place so much that when we found out that it would be vacant for a few more days we decided to stay longer and extended our stay by 3 more days. It is very convenient to shopping. There is even a Tiki Bar on the beach just one building away at the Hilton which was a definite plus and surprise. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the carpet on the balcony was loose and needs to be secured. The sliding door was very difficult to close but I fixed it some by cleaning out the trash from the tray where the door slides, that had accumulated over the years probably from the last hurricane. It was for these reasons I gave it 4 stars. We would definitely stay there again.

While facility overall was as advertised, it appeared to be getting minimum attention. Sink drain out, not enough towels, porch needed cleaning, etc. Would not rent again.

I will check drain as I am not sure you mean by drain out. We supply 8 towels 6 hand towels and 6 wash cloths. If you need more let us know. I will check on housekeeping to make sure they are cleaning the outside balconies properly. God bless

A pleasure to rent

This is a beautiful, well-kept condo. The condo itself is in Arcadian II, older or not as well-maintained as Arcadian I next door, but the differences did not in the least impair our satisfaction with our visit (we paid $140/night, outstanding for a nice beachfront condo). I loved the roominess, the deep teal luxurious carpet, and the ease of access. The 4th floor location was high enough not to get beach-visitor noise, but low enough to feel connected with the ocean. When walking into the living room, the ocean is right there. This corner unit provides side as well as front and back windows. The kitchen was well-stocked; bedroom areas are private; parking is conveniently right out front. There isn't much beach at high tide; aim for low tide for playing and sun-bathing on the beach. This is a family-friendly unit, although pets aren't permitted; I expected that bathrooms might not be in the very latest styles, but neither is my home! It was very quiet; no intrusive beach-party noise or noise from other units. Ample trolleys are available in a covered area to the left of the front door. It was a pleasure to be there.
