Unsere Wohnung ist ein offener Grundriss für die einfache Geselligkeit zwischen der Küche, Ess-und Wohnbereich. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen und die Küchenbank bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf die Bucht von Banderas. Für den besten Panoramablick können Sie vom Wohnzimmer oder vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus auf den Balkon zugreifen. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher mit Blue Ray, einen Schreibtisch und eine Badewanne mit zwei Waschbecken und einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Das Gästezimmer mit Blick auf die Ausläufer der Sierra Madre verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem weiteren Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt werden können, und einen Smart-TV. Das Gästebad ist über dieses Schlafzimmer oder den Hauptwohnbereich zugänglich.

The unit was exactly as advertised. There were no surprises. Janet is a great host - communicative and responsive. The building and unit were both very, very clean. In fact, probably the cleanest place we have rented on VRBO. It was such a great place and experience that we reserved the unit for next year before we even left to come home!

We stayed here over the holidays and the condo exceeded our expectations. The unit as well as the common areas in the building were kept meticulously clean. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the spectacular view. The only change I would make next time is to bring my own towels or buy cheap ones to use there. Our family of 4 often takes multiple showers a day so we went through the stockpile in the unit quite quickly.

This was our second stay here. It was perfect for our family of four. The updated TV enabled us to catch some NFL games and the new kitchen is lovely. VDS is a great building with a fabulous front desk and cleaning staff. You just can't beat the location and view either. We had a great time making family memories. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

I can't say enough about the view and location of this lovely, well-appointed condo. From the check-in process to the check-out everything was next to perfect. Great communication with the owner. Amazing view, lovely unit nicely decorated and fully equipped (fyi they dont supply Kleenex or paper towel). Staff very helpful and friendly. Short walk to Malecon. Will definitely be back!

Awesome Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay here. Loved the condo - very stylish, clean and updated. The location was perfect for us: so many wonderful restaurants nearby and a great coffee shop literally footsteps from the building entrance. The best part was the roof-top pool just one flight up. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location

The complex and condo were perfect and the location is in the most perfect area. We could walk to most anything we desired or easily ubered. The condo and views were gorgeous.

My late husband and I traveled annually to Mexico, always visiting Puerto Vallarta. He was a physician with the Permanente Medical Group, also known as Kaiser Permanente, for 44 years before retiring in 1999. In addition to practicing internal medicine, his specialty was Travel Medicine for which he provided advice on precautions to take while traveling; immunizations that were required and other pertinent information about the travel destination. I was associated with Wells Fargo Bank beginning in 1977 working in a variety of positions, mostly in the institutional trust area and risk management on behalf of the bank. I retired in January 2014, I have 4 adult children (2 sons and 2 daughters) and 6 wonderful grandchildren (one grandson and 5 granddaughters) and now 2 great grandsons.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We were thrilled when we heard about a condominium complex to be built where the River Quale meets the Bay of Banderas. It had a beautiful white sand beach and lots of open space and, at that time, was a more quiet end of the beach. Having stayed in many different locations over the years, my late husband and I knew this is where we wanted to be. The resulting Vista del Sol is a beautifully maintained complex located in the Romantic Zone, close to dining, art galleries, beaches and shopping.

Aside from the great central location where you can walk to anything you want to do, there is nothing so special as sitting on your balcony watching the sun set every day. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep and the sound of the vendors and birds wake you each morning. What could be better?!
