The space
When you first come in through front door, you will find yourself in the first living room. It comes with a couch and a pool table. Our dining table is to the left of this first living room space connected to the kitchen.

The full kitchen is a beautiful space for cooking and prepare meals for your friends and family. To the right of the kitchen is the second beautiful living room.

Going through the hallway on the right side of the first living room, you will find 4 bedrooms

- Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 with 2 Queen bed
- Bedroom 4 with 1 King bed and 1 Twin bed
- Bedroom 5 with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed

The house has 3 full bathrooms for your comfort and convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can seat up to 8.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

1. Absolutely no party. Cops will be called if you party and you will be charge for the entire stay.
2. NO LOUD Music permitted in the house due to strict community regulations
3. No Smoking inside the house
4. No illegal drug use of any kind

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
