Laguna Key has a private beach that is accessed in the center of the community across from the pool and pool house.

With some parking and cornhole under the house you'll walk up the stairs to the first floor with a foyer seating area. Then walking around to the first bedroom where there are 2 full sized beds in the room and an ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom has a queen sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom leading into the bunkroom. This bunkroom has all brand new beds with 2 full over full bunks and 1 twin over twin bunk. This room can sleep 10 kids!! On this same floor is another king bedroom with ensuite bath. All of the mattresses are new and super comfortable. The laundry room is also on this floor. Going up to the second floor you'll find the main living area with the large den, dining and fully stocked kitchen. This is a large open space for cooking and lounging with the ones you love. Huge windows and sliding glass door let in the sunlight and allow you to see the water between the beachfront row of houses. The balcony on this floor is a wraparound with an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy the waves and sound of the seagulls while you eat. Outdoor loungers are pointed toward the Gulf to watch the sun and moon glisten off the salt water of the incredible Gulf of Mexico. The owners bought new dining chairs, barstools and a big comfortable sectional sofa with recliners to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach. There is a half bath in this area as well. This floor has another queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the primary king master bedroom with ensuite shower and garden tub bath. There is an elevator from the garage to the top floor for your enjoyment. This house is located in the gated community of Laguna Key at the end of west beach boulevard in Gulf Shores. Laguna Key has a private beach that is accessed in the center of the community across from the pool and pool house bathrooms. The tennis and basketball courts are located north of this pool. This house is a super close 25 yards to the beach access and pool. To the west of the neighborhood is Bon Secure National Wildlife Refuge with untouched natural sand dunes and trails perfect for a hike or just collecting shells with hardly a soul in sight. Bring the bicycles or rent them to cruise this family friendly community. You can also rent a golf cart to get around. Another awesome feature of this spot is the Little Lagoon behind the houses with a boardwalk to go fishing or just catch an amazing sunset. Bring the kayak or paddle boards to get out out on the water. There is something for everybody in Laguna Key. The pristine white sand is so breathtaking that you'll want to visit this area year after year. The most uncrowded beach of any in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach so come on down and enjoy VALHALLA with the ones you love :)!!
