The Space

The main level has a comfortable living space with an open kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering after a lazy day on the beach. You will find three bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a separate tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and private bath with double vanity and a combination tub/shower. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a standard bathroom accessed from the hallway. The washer and dryer are also on this level.

Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms and two full standard bathrooms. The two king bedrooms can access the bathrooms directly from their rooms. The two bunk rooms can access the baths from the hallway. Both bunk rooms have two twin over twin bunks each. Separating these two bunk rooms is a large second living space. Siblings, cousins and best friends will love this special living space designed specifically for the younger set. Access to the upper deck is off the common space so all can access and enjoy.

For the security and protection of guests this property is equipped with a ring doorbell.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
