Spektakuläre Lage, luxuriöse Villa im Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Villa befindet sich auf der zweiten Ebene eines Apartmentkomplexes. Die 800 m² große Terrasse bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Golfplatz. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Handtüchern, Strandtüchern, Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben King-Size-Betten und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Twin-Size-Betten. Es gibt auch zwei Twin-Size-Klappbetten für zusätzliche Gäste. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügt auch über einen Fernseher mit Kabel-TV. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Kleiderschränke und komfortable Sitzbereiche.

Das große Wohnzimmer ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt: einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich zum Genießen mit Freunden und einen zweiten Sitzbereich mit einem Fernseher mit Kabelfernsehen und DVD. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Theke mit drei Hockern. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und WLAN.

Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und großem Waschbecken. Es ist mit Waschmitteln bestückt.

Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Es ist in drei Zonen unterteilt: zwei Sitzbereiche und einen Essbereich mit Platz für sechs Personen. Die Aussicht auf den Golfplatz genießen Sie auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer, vom Wohnzimmer und von der Küche aus.

Die Villa ist auch mit einem Golfwagen ausgestattet, der den einfachen Transport über das Naturschutzgebiet ermöglicht. Sie haben Zugang zum Fairways-Gemeinschaftspool, zum Whirlpool, zum Pavillon und zum Tennisplatz.

Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhalten Sie möglicherweise auch Zugang zu den Einrichtungen des Dorado Beach Resort Club, zu denen ein 18-Loch-Golfplatz, das Clubhaus, Zafra, Encanto, die Wassermühle in Plantation, Barlovento und das 8.000 m² große Gelände gehören. Simply put, Kim's condo is awesome, a 10 out of 10 in every area. The location can't be beat for privacy and for access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer. The unit is so open and spacious. The kitchen is so well-stocked for all of your cooking needs, The deck is amazing and we ate all of meals outside. The air conditioning units are so effective. We would love to return and had one of the best vacations with our 4 teenage children. A HOMERUN!

Very large condo with everything we needed! Older appliances/fixtures but otherwise the unit was fantastic with very spacious en-suite guestrooms all king beds, large kitchen and living rooms and the best outdoor patio! We had a wonderful stay for our family of 4.

The home was clean, the property was beautiful, and the amazing view of the golf area was definitely a highlight. Access to the resort and amenities was great once everything was set up. However, initially gaining resort access was an issue due to poor communication. Even though I had submitted the requested names for each guest prior to our arrival, there were still problems with the process. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable.The owner was initially presented as the main point of contact, but I was later informed that there was also a property manager. Unfortunately, communication throughout the stay was poor, which negatively impacted our overall experience.We paid for use of the resort, but there was very little communication regarding the process and expectations. At the end of our visit, we were advised that the daily resort deposit charge (500 per day) would be refunded for any unused amount. After not hearing anything for over 30 days, I had to reach out regarding the refund that was due to me.Due to the lack of communication and the issues surrounding the refund process, we will not be booking this property again.

We are very surprised to hear that you had a disappointing stay. In our last communication, you even mentioned that you had recommended us to your brother and his friend for an upcoming stay. I am not sure why you believe the property is managed by a third party. The person you were in contact with the entire time was Kim, the owner, who answered every call, text, and request for information. You may also have been assisted by Andreas (Kim’s daughter) when communicating through VRBO, and Karelis, who came to help with the TV, since we manage the property as a team. As for the club, I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding. All of the details, including costs, refund timeline, amenities included, etc., are detailed in the Rental Rules and Club Application, which we require all guests to sign as confirmation of having read and understood them. Unfortunately, your application for the club was sent to us the same day of your arrival (the Club requires two weeks' processing time, which is also stated in the Rental Rules). Despite the late application, we expedited the process to secure your club passes and had them ready for you the next day. We even provided some leniency on the consumption deposit to accommodate your early departure on the last day. As for the deposit refund, we try our best to initiate it as quickly as possible, but we are dependent upon the Club processing and providing us with all of the receipts for your stay, for which they normally take 30 days. Again, this is all detailed in the Rental Rules and Club Application. With regard to the beds, we will look into it, but this is the first time we have received a complaint about them. We normally have heard the opposite. We would never want a dissatisfied guest to feel pressured to stay with us again, so we understand your decision. Best, Kim & Andreas

Great Home

We spent one week in Kim's home over the Christmas holiday. We really enjoyed it. The condo was the perfect size for us and gave everyone plenty of private space. It was clean and cool and convenient. We loved to Rolls golf cart. And the grounds, activities, and restaurants at Dorado were amazing.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. Located in a great area. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We really had no reason to need to contact them except for a small TV question. They got back to us immediately. Will definitely come back!

The villa is spacious and well maintained. Large porch is fabulous. Owner gracious and helpful. Villa was probably built in 80's and has not been remodeled. Bathrooms particularly are old style - but clean and usable. We loved the resort and Encanto. ReD fine print about extra cost for club benefits (beach, restaurants, etc).

The design of this villa is great! Large areas, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, with high cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light and ventilation. Originally built in the late 80's and remodeled in the year 2001, and yes, although it would be nice to have bathrooms with new contemporary style we take great care on keeping all fixtures in perfect condition and super clean. We provide to our guests the opportunity to have access to all the resort through our membership but is important to understand that we have zero (0) profit out of this and all charges are handled by the Dorado Beach Club. Our community is within the 400 acres of the resort and has a pool, jacuzi, tennis court and access to the beach, and in our golf cart guests can ride along all the trails of the reserve. But if our guests want to enjoy all the other amenities the resort has to offer, the Dorado Beach Club temporary membership has to be purchased through our membership. We strive to provide a memorable stay for our guests and are only a call away. Welcome!

Don’t Miss Out - Highly Recommended

TL;DR: We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. In this age of digital retouching gone mad, I can assure you that the pictures are faithful and actually don’t do justice to the tastefully simple, elegant sophistication of the property. It’s a spacious upstairs floor of a villa. Parking and communal pool are right there, very easily accessible. Everything is professionally cleaned and ready for you when you get there. The host was even there when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage (which was excessive because it was our Even before we arrived, the level of communication and service the host provided was exceptional and professional. All rules, cost and procedures were very clearly communicated and contracts were very reassuring that you’re dealing with

A great option at Dorado Ritz

We had a great stay in March 2024. This condo is a great option for enjoying all the amazing amenities at the Dorado Ritz without the hefty price tag. The condo is large, clean, and accommodated our family of 8 well. The kitchen was well stocked- there was even a bottle of wine to greet us! The golf cart is essential for getting around the resort, which is just incredible. It was our first visit to the Caribbean, and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend getting the Dorado membership with the stay- it is pricey but worth it. You otherwise have a nice tennis court and pool right by the condo, but that is about all you can use in the resort and so would have to find places off resort to explore. We found that the expansive resort had more than enough to keep our kids and teens of all ages busy for our week stay. We were a little worried about the large deposit required for the membership but I will vouch that you do get the unused portion back! :) Thank you Kim for a great stay!

Our Stay in Dorado

Our 3 bedroom Villa was amazing!! The terrace was insanely large, beautiful and breezy, and the Villa was equipped with everything we could possibly need to have an amazing vacation. Maria met us at the Villa and familiarized us with the area, local restaurants and grocery stores and showed us how to drive our Rolls Royce Golf Cart which was the subject of many conversations among local residents!!! Best vacation EVER!!!!

Perfect family vacation in a beautiful resort!

Great unit at a very reasonable price in a spectacular setting. Renting Kim’s unit was very easy. This is a large three bedroom apartment, with a very large deck that overlooks one of the Dorado Beach Resort golf courses. Our family of four had more than enough space as the unit could easily hold between 6-8. The rental comes with a golf cart which is essential for getting around the expansive property and also enhances the fun. Maria, the property manager, is always accessible and happy to help make your stay as good as it can possibly be. We will probably book this again next year! Thanks Kim

Great time in Dorado

We very much enjoyed this clean and convenient home during our stay. It is very well equipped, and we enjoyed the club membership, golf cart, and waterpark facilities. The beach at the Encanto club is great, very shallow and never rough. Thank you to the staff at the home and the club for a great experience!

Great long weekend at Dorado

Our family of 6 had a great stay here for a long weekend. Maria was excellent getting us checked in and even helping to stock the fridge with some basics for us--good fruit, vegetables, milk, etc. We paid her for the groceries and her time. House was clean and ready to go. The golf cart worked great. Wifi worked great. Bug huge outside porch was lovely outdoor space. We got the short term rental so we could use the beach and waterpark for the kids. All in all, a great stay and we will return soon! Thank you.

Amazing experience in Dorado for the whole family

We could not have asked for a better experience. Communication and coordination for the check-in process was easy and straightforward. The villa was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location a short golf cart ride between the Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel and the golf clubhouse with adjacent restaurants and water park. Hotel pool (Encanto) and Water Mill water park are accessible with a temporary membership. Overall an amazing experience with no complaints, looking forward to returning!

Vacaciones en familia.

La casa es muy cómoda para una familia de 8 personas. Ya la habíamos alquilado anteriormente pero esta vez la encontramos muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, sobre todo en la cocina tiene hermosas copas, buenas ollas, vajillas, manteles etc. María, la persona encargada fue muy amable y diligente, agradecemos mucho la estadía y regresaremos Dios mediante, gracias.
