We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back in the future! The support and reservations staff were great to work with and the home was lovely! Great access to the pool and spa areas, local dining, and ski resorts.

BE SURE TO KNOW-- this condo is managed by RMRM (rocky mountain resort management) and I advise you to do your research and look them up on YELP and through the Better Business Bureau. When I asked a clarifying question about check in, the RMRM agent actually wrote back "Stop." We didn't receive check in details until the afternoon on the day we arrived. I was traveling with work colleagues and wanted to give them the information before we got to the conference, but couldn't.RECONSIDER BRINGING YOUR PETS-- it is very expensive and they have to "approve" your pet in advance, but don't do that until after your refund date has passed. I found their fees and deposit to be ridiculously expensive. And the deposit is an ACH, not a credit card.Now, THE POSITIVES-- great location, especially for us since we were participating in a work conference at the Keystone Conference Center. Condo was literally next door and up the hill. The pool and amenities are also excellent and the beds were comfortable.

This guest did not want to pay the fees posted on the listing for pets. She called VRBO no less that 10 times to have them call the office about the pet fees and each time VRBO agreed with us. She then proceeded to call the office and email our staff constantly for several days. She was abusive and was only calling to take up our time, asking the same questions over and over again. She was polity told to stop calling for the same issues over and over and yelling at staff and swearing. Obviously, I would avoid her as a guest.

Great value! It has everything we needed

Wee love the convenience of the tennis townhomes. Great value place that has everything you need! Shuttle service to the mountain or a quick less than 5 min drive to mountain home. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. Great set up for families.

Keystone Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Keystone....the location was fantastic. We could easily get to everything we wanted to do by either walking, or a quick drive! The condo itself was very cute, clean and well appointed. We would gladly stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and warm and homey. Floors are a bit creaky with weird spots in front of each door where the floor sags a bit. The toilet paper was also 0.5 ply, but you get what you pay for. I actually took a picture of the toilet paper because it was so shockingly thin. Parking pass was missing when we arrived, but it was addressed the same day we arrived by management. Kitchen was small, but stocked with high-quality cookware that was quite new. We were pleasantly surprised. Check-in/check-out was easy. Hot tub and pool and sauna were all easy to use.

Mountain condo

Was a quick Weeknd trip to the mountains. Cute clean condo. Hot tub and pool very convenient and clean. My only negative feedback is the lighting, especially in the kitchen.
