The home is in a lovely walkable neighborhood with a beautiful park less than a block away. 5 minutes to downtown, MAFB, EJI, Legacy Museum, 165, 185 & MPAC.
The space
This stunning two bedroom apartment located in the historic Garden District is a true gem. Recently renovated to modern standards, while being conscious of maintaining the original charm, it boasts a brand new bathroom with luxurious fixtures, a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, beautiful butcher block countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. You'll have access to a private washer and dryer on the spacious enclosed back porch, making laundry day a literal breeze. The smart lock entrance in the front is convenient and secure. As you enter the apartment through the front door, you'll find yourself in the spacious parlor. Private, well-lit parking is FREE and available BEHIND the building. You'll need to enter this park area from S.McDonough St. You'll see the parking sign on the left as soon as you pass Noble Avenue. If you choose to park behind the building, please note that you'll need to walk back to the front of the building to enter your unit. Street parking is FREE & available as well.
PETS are welcome :) there is a small non-refundable $75 fee for each pet.
SMOKING is allowed :) ONLY on the back patio/laundry area. It's private. There's seating, a tv, table and an ashtray for your convenience.
